Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),peste des petits ruminants(PPR),brucellosis,goat pox(GTP)are the main contagious diseases in goats which seriously harm the goat industry currently in our county.FMD,PPR and brucellosis are the compulsory immune diseases in our country.GTP severely damages the quality of leather,wool and fine hair which may cause serious economic losses.Timely grasping the immune antibody levels and trends of four disease is very important for the prevention and control of these four infectious diseases and healthy development of goat industry.1,000 blood samples of goats after immunization were randomly collected from 20 goat farms of 10 towns in Suide county of Yulin city.The immune antibody levels of FMD,PPR,brucellosis and GTP vaccines were tested and evaluated.The immune antibodies against FMD vaccine were detected by indirect hemagglutination test.The immune antibodies against PPR vaccine were detected by blocking ELISA.The immune antibodies against brucellosis vaccine were detected by tube agglutination test.The immune antibodies against GTP vaccine were detected by indirect ELISA.The immune antibody levels were recorded and analyzed for providing basic data for the prevention and control of four kinds of infectious diseases in goats.The results were as followings.1.The qualified rates of immune antibodies against FMD,PPR,brucellosis,GTP vaccines were 88.6% and 89.6%,83.4% and 83.0%,82.5% and 84.5%,84.0% and 85.5%,respectively in 10 towns in Suide county of Yulin city in 2014 and 2015.2.The detection results of immune antibodies of four vaccines showed that the qualified rates of immune antibodies against FMD,PPR,brucellosis and GTP vaccines were all higher than that of standards which the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture,indicating goat immunization work was solid,productive and effective.
