Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),Brucellosis and Peste des petits ruminants were caused by Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),brucella and Peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV)respectively.These diseases are the major infectious diseases in hengshan area.Hengshan district,located in the west of yulin city,north of shaanxi province,is located in the transitional area of maowusu desert and the loess plateau area.Hengshan government took goat as one of the four key projects of government.By the end of 2017,the amount of goats is 2.043 million around all the area.The value of goat industry is 1.018 billion yuan,and the goat industry develops in the fast lane,which has become the main support of farmers' income.To ensure the sound and steady development of goat industry,the prevention and control of major infectious diseases should be of vital significance.Recent years,according to the basic idea of "prevention in the first place and integrating prevention with control",Hengshan Animal Husbandry Bureau organizes intensive immunization of goat every spring and autumn.As an important part of disease prevention and control,the monitoring of antibody levels against FMD,brucellosis and PPR is the basis for formulating scientific and reasonable disease prevention and control programs.The study was conducted by centralized monitoring of major animal disease prevention in hengshan district.The monitoring area covers hengshan district 10 villages and towns,and a total of 5514 serum samples were collected to detect type O FMD,brucellosis and PPR antibody level using ELISA method and test tube agglutination test respectively.Through the analysis of results,we could understand the immune effect of three main diseases and existing problems,and provide the suggestion to hengshan government for preventing and control important disease more scientifically.The results are as follows:1.The results of FMD immune antibody detection: vaccine immunization qualified rate ranged from 63.3% to 86.7% in 2016 spring,wherein only wu town below the basic level of ministry of agriculture(70%),and 70% to 86.7% in autumn with all towns meet the requirements of the ministry of agriculture.vaccine immunization qualified rate ranged from 71.4% to 91.4% in 2017 spring,and 75.00% to 90.00% in autumn.Vaccine immunization qualified rate ranged from 74.3% to 97.1% in 2018 spring,and 76.67% to 91.67% in autumn,wherein the qualified rate of most villages and towns were more than 80%.The immune qualified rate of most towns increased year by year in the past three years.The qualification rate of type O immune antibody in the whole region in 2018 was significantly higher than that in 2016(P<0.05).2.The results of Brucellosis immune antibody detection: vaccine immunization qualified rate ranged from 23.3% to 56.7% in 2016,wherein the qualified rate of dianshi town was the most below in all towns,only 23.3%.Vaccine immunization qualified rate ranged from 33.3% to 57.5% in 2017,and the overall was still on the low level,wherein the qualified rate of all the ten townships was below 60%.Vaccine immunization qualified rate ranged from 30% to 57.5% in 2018,and the overall was still on the low level.In the past three years,the immune antibody levels of brucellosis vaccine were very unstable.The immune antibody against brucellosis did not meet the requirement of the ministry of agriculture(70%).3.The results of PPR immune antibody detection: in 2017,the vaccine immune qualification rate ranged from 78.6% to 95.2%,and in 2018,the vaccine immune qualification rate ranged from 76.2% to 98.8%.The qualified rate of most towns was over 85%,all meeting the requirements of the ministry of agriculture for animal disease immune antibody level(70%).In the past three years,except for shiwan town,dangcha town and dian town,the immunization qualification rate of other towns in 2018 has increased,compared with that in 2017.The results of immune antibodies against the three diseases of goat in hengshan district,yulin city showed that the qualified rates of the immune antibodies against FMD and PPR were both above the requirements of the ministry of agriculture(?70%),indicating that the immunization work of the two diseases was solid and effective,but there was still a lot of room for improvement.The immunization qualified rate of brucellosis has been below 70% for three consecutive years,which may be related to the oral inoculation method.It is suggested to re-establish the immunization technical regulations of brucellosis and strengthen the prevention and control of brucellosis.We think that the lack of guarantee of vaccine cold chain,non-standard immunization procedure,poor physical condition of inoculated individuals,excessively scattered sample collection time,and immunosuppression are the main factors causing the change of vaccine immunization qualification rate,which should be taken as the basis to improve the epidemic prevention measures of goat in this region.
