It has been probed that the vaccination is an effective mean for preventing andcontrolling animal infectious diseases. The immunized animals will produce resistant tocertain pathigens by vaccination, it will provide a basis condition for epidemic diseasecontrolling and cleaning. The prevention means is a main measure for preventing andcontrolling animal infectious diseases in China and vaccination is an important mean. Theimmune antibody titer is a main index for evaluating immune effect, high immune antibodytiter is important to prevent animal infect pathogen. The classical swine fever, porcinereproductive and respiratory syndrome, porcine circovirus disease and porcine pseudorabiesare serious viral infectiou diseases in large-scale pig farms in China, those diseases also areprevented by vaccinated in pig farms. The detection of immune antibody is an important androutine work in pig farms, the results of antibody titer is a key basis for developing the diseaseprevention and control programs. In this study,624sera from four kinds of pigs such as suckling pigs, piglets, sows andgilts, basis of boars were collected and analyzed from a large-scale pig farms in ShaanxiProvince according to the animal vaccination and disease prevention in this farm. And fourclassical diseases-Pseudorabies in swine fever, swine blue ear disease, Porcine CircovirusDisease, swine were also detected andvaluated by ELISA, respectively. The results will behelp to prevent and control those4diseases in this farm. The following results were obtainedin this study.1. Immune antibody test results from the testing of swine fever, swine blue ear disease,Porcine Circovirus Disease and Pseudorabies in a large scale pig farm in Shaanxi province.(1) Classical swine fever immune antibody positive rate were72.62-92.31%in detectedpigs, and the average positive rate was76.60%.72.62%positive rate in suckling piglets,76.92%nursery pigs,75.00%in young pigs,81.54%in sows and92.31%in boars,respectively.(2) Positive rates of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome immune antibodywere72.92-88.17%in detected pigs, and the average positive rate was83.33%.83.93%positive rate in suckling piglets,88.17%nursery pigs,72.92%in young pigs,87.69%in sowsand84.62%in boars, respectively. (3) Positive rates of Porcine circovirus disease immune antibody were81.66-95.24%indetected pigs, and the average positive rate was86.70%.95.24%positive rate in sucklingpiglets,81.66%nursery pigs,83.33%in young pigs,85.38%in sows and92.31%in boars,respectively.(4) The positive rates of pseudorabies virus gE gene deletion vaccine immune antibodywere94.64-100.00%in detected pigs, and the average positive rate was98.24%.94.64%positive rate in suckling piglets,98.82%in nursery pigs,100.00%in young pigs,100.00%in sows and100.00%in boars, respectively.2. The results of the immune antibody positive rate of4viral infectiuos diseases showedthat the immune antibody positive rate reached70%which met the state’s requirements, butthe positive rates of classical swine fever immune antibody in suckling piglets, porcinereproductive should was a little low and needs to be improved.
