| Subsoiling can help to loosen soil,enhance thickness of the tillage layer,prevent soil being compact,and raise crop yields.Therefore,government-working report clearly require to increase the area of subsoiling,and launch a subsidy policy for subsoiling in accordance with the different regions.In order to implement the subsidy policy effectively,the government must supervise the quality of subsoiling,testing whether the quality of subsoiling is satisfied with the standard.Now although there are some supervision facilities on market,but they are expensive and have more parts to install,what’s more,these supervision facilities parameters can be changed by people.Therefore,we want to form a theory model between the CAN data and deep tillage ensuring the depth of subsoiling satisfied with standard and supervise the tillage depth with the CAN data,even abandon these additional supervision facilities.In this paper,we make research on tractor subsoiling operation,and put forward the concept of subsoiling monitor.The research object of subsoiling operation is divided into two parts,which are subsoiling plough and tractor.In plough part,establish the force model of subsoiling in a certain depth,and then get the plow power consumption model.In tractor part,form equivalent power takeoff model,and then get the fuel consumption model.Through the field experiment,get the fuel consumption data with different depth from engine and tractor,compare the calculation results with experimental values,and validate the accuracy of model.The result shows that the error is about 6% between calculation values and experiment values.It is equivalent to the error of electronic monitor system,6.67%,and we can ensure mathematic model is correct.Then,we can compare the testing value with calculation value of fuel consumption model,ensuring the actual depth of subsoiling satisfied with standard.Then,an auxiliary evaluation methodology of tillage depth with engine and tractor CAN data is established. |
