Application Research On Compound Bio-pesticides For Stored Grain In The Granary Barn

This article mainly studied the application of three new types of grain protectant,1% pyrethrins·celiacin compound powder,1%pyrethrin·matrine complex powder and 0.5% matrine·azadirachtin compound powder,in the granary barn.Toxicities of the three compound bio-protectants against the important stored grain pests,Rhyzopertha dominica(Fbricius)Sitophilus zeamais(Motschulsky),Oryzaephilus surinamensis(Linnaeus),Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)and Cryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens)were determined in the simulation granary.Insecticidal spectrum was also tested.The protected effects of the three protants were evaluated in the test granary barn.We also verified the protected effects of the three protants in the wheat granary barns in Wuhan grain depot of Hubei reserved grain and oil management CO.LTD.The results were listed as follows.The insecticidal effect of the three new drugs on the initial pests of the Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky and the Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius was better than that of the secondary insect pests,likes the Oryzaephilus surinamensis,the Cryptolestes ferrugineus and the Tribolium castaneum.1% pyrethrins and Celangulin compound powder in the indoor control effect on the early pest control,the growth of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky and the Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius as adults,the effect is very significant,the use of the concentration of 4.0mg / kg,21 days after treatment of the beetle,the Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky as adults and the corrected mortality rates were as follows: 62.27%,58.08%,52.56,respectively.The mortality rates were as follows: 62.27%,58.08%,52.56%;1% pyrethrin and matrine powder at the use of concentration of 4.5mg / kg,21 days after treatment for the juvenile corn as adults,the corrected mortality rate reached 100%,under the same conditions,the saw steal,rust red The corrected mortality rates were as follows: 61.23%,56.74%,45.18%;0.5% matrine and azadirachtin powder were treated at a concentration of 4.5 mg / kg for 21 days,The corrected mortality rates were 82.71% and 87.01%,respectively.Under the same conditions,the corrected mortality rates were 63.04% and 57.16%,respectively,for the larvae 47.57%.In the Intermediate expansion test warehouse,the basic non-worm food for low-dose protection treatment,three kinds of compound powder in the treatment concentration of 2.5mg/kg,during the summer high temperature,not only effectively control the main pests,And significantly reduced the rate of pest loss of wheat.After 6 months of treatment,1% pyrethrins,celiacin powder,1% pyrethrin bitter powder and 0.5% matrine and azadirachtin The loss rate of pests in wheat was 4.17%,3.76% and 4.42%,respectively,which was significantly lower than that of the control warehouse.And the percentages of loss of wheat were 41.8%,43% and 38%,respectively.The results showed that there were no significant changes in water,yellow grain and fatty acid value of paddy field after 6 months of grain storage.The moisture content,grain weight,bulk density,wheat hardness index and grain weight index There was no significant change in the value of wheat drop compared with the control,and the three agents did not adversely affect the grain quality.Test in the granary barn,the pyrethrins·celiacin compound powder in 2.5mg /kg dose can delay the occurrence of pests in wheat ponds and delay the phosphogens fumigation time.The 2.5mg/kg dose of 1% pyrethrin·matrine powder and 0.5% matrine · azadirachtin powder can protect the fumigation of wheat after the summer safety,in the 7-8,September high temperature period has been in the state of insect-free food;compared with the control warehouse,three The amount of pesticide reduces the rate of pest loss.Therefore,these three agents can be used as a non-worm food protective agent for further research and application.The main conclusions of this paper were that the three new types of stored grain biological protectants should be applied for protecting the pest-free stored grain.The application method was that 2.5mg/kg of protectant was mixed with about 40 cm upper grains in the granary barn.The does of killing main stored grain pests of the three bio-protectants was a little bit high.So we will not recommend to use them for killing the pests in the stored grain.
