During 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 wheat growing season,a field experiment was performed with wheat cultivar Jimai 22 in Shijiawangzi village,Yanzhou,Shandong,China.Two micro-sprinkling hose width treatments?65 mm for W1,80 mm for W2?,and three micro-sprinkling hose lengths?60 m,80 m,and 100 m for L60,L80,and L100,respectively?under each hose width were designed for this study.In each treatment,sampling section with20 m length was set along the irrigation water flowing direction.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different lengths and widths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on water consumption characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,nitrogen accumulation and transportion of wheat to provide theoretical basis for the high-yielding and water-saving cultivation of wheat.The results as fellow:1 Effects of different lengths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on water consumption characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of wheat under the same width condition1.1 Effects of different lengthes micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on water consumption characteristics of wheatDuring 2015-2017 growing season,under W1 condition,0-40 cm soil layer relative soil water content after irrigation at jointing and anthesis stage of A section showed L60<L80<L100;B section showed no significantly difference among different treatment;C section showed L60 significantly higher than L80 and L100;D section showed L80significantly higher than L100.Under W2 condition,A section showed L60<L80<L100;B section showed L60 and L80 significantly lower than L100 treatment;C section showed L60significantly higher than L80 and L100;D section showed L80 significantly higher than L100treatment.Under W1 and W2 condition,the Cv of 0-40 cm soil layer relative soil water content among different sections showed L60<L80<L100.During 2015-2017 growing season,under W1 condition,water consumption total amount,water consumption total amount per day and 0-200 cm soil layer soil water consumption amount from jointing to anthesis stage showed L60<L80<L100,and showed L60 significantly higher than L80 and L100 treatment from anthesis to maturity stage,while showed L60<L80<L100 from jointing to anthesis and L60 and L80 higher than L100 from anthesis to maturity stage under W2 condition.1.2 Effects of different lengths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulationDuring 2015-2017 growing season,under W1 condition,L60 treatment obtained the highest chlorophyll SPAD value,Pn,Gs,trice water use efficiency and SPS activity of flag leaf at 14,21 and 28 d after anthesis stage while those of L60 and L80 higher than those of L100 treatment under W2 condition.Under W1 condition,L60 treatment obtained the highest dry matter accumulation amount at anthesis and maturity,and post-anthesis dry matter accumulation amount,L80 and L100 followed.Dry matter accumulation amount at anthesis and maturity,13C assimilates accumulation amount and 13C assimilates transportion amount from different organs of wheat to grain showed L60 and L80 higher than L100 treatment while post-anthesis dry matter accumulation amount showed L60>L80>L100 under W2 condition.1.3 Effects of different lengths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on nitrogen accumulation and transportion of wheat and soil nitrate nitrogenDuring 2015-2017 growing season,L60 obtained the highest nitrogen accumulation amount at anthesis and maturity,post-anthesis nitrogen accumulation amount among different treatment,and L80 was higher than L100 treatment under W1 and W2 condition.L60treatment obtained the highest nitrogen transportion amount from vegetative organs to grain of wheat before anthesis stage under W1 condition while L60 and L80 were higher than L100under W2 condition.0-200 cm soil layer soil nitrate nitrogen amount at maturity showed L60was lowest under W1 condition and showed L60 and L80 lower than L100 under W2condition.1.4 Effects of different lengths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on flag leaf senescence characteristics of wheatDuring 2015-2017 growing season,SOD activity and soluble protein content at 14,21and 28 d after anthesis of L60 were superior to L80 and L100 while MDA content was inferior to L80 and L100 under W1 condition.Under W2 condition,L60 and L80 had no significant difference but significant higher than L100 in SOD activity and soluble protein content and L60,L80 was significant lower than L100 in MDA content.1.5 Effects of different lengths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on grain yield and water use efficiency of wheatDuring 2015-2017 growing season,under W1 condition,grain yield,water use efficiency and irrigation water use efficiency showed L60>L80>L100.L60 and L80 obtained greater grain yield and water use efficiency than L100,while irrigation water use efficiency showed L60>L80>L100 under W2 condition.These result indicated that L60 treatment obtained the greatest grain yield,water use efficiency and irrigation water use efficiency under W2 condition which was the best treatment among different treatments in this experiment..Under different width condition,L60 treatment under W1 was the best treatment while L60 treatment was the best treatment and L80 was the suboptimal treatment under W2 condition.2 Effects of different widths micro-sprinkling hose irrigation on water consumption characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of wheat under the same length conditionDuring 2015-2017 growing season,under L60 condition,0-40 cm soil layer relative soil water content after irrigation at jointing and anthesis stage of C section showed W1<W2.W1was significantly higher than W2 in A section,while significantly lower than W2 in C and D section under L80 condition.And under L100 condition,W1 was significantly higher than W2in A section while W1 significantly lower than W2 in B,C and D section.As for the Cv of0-40 cm soil layer relative soil water content,W1 was significantly higher than W2 under L60,L80 and L100 condition.W2 was significantly higher than W1 in chlorophyll SPAD value,Pn,Gs,trice water use efficiency and SPS activity of flag leaf at 14,21 and 28 d after anthesis stage,and dry matter accumulation amount at anthesis and maturity stage as well under L80 and L100 condition.Under L60,L80 and L100 condition,W2 was significantly higher than W1 in post-anthesis dry matter accumulation amount.W2 obtained higher irrigation water use efficiency than W1 under L60 condition while grain yield and water use efficiency showed no significantly difference between W1 and W2.W2 was significantly higher than W1 in grain yield,water use efficiency and irrigation water use efficiency under L80 and L100 condition.These result indicated that W2 under L60 condition obtained the greatest grain yield,water use efficiency and irrigation water use efficiency among different treatments,making which as the best treatment in this experiment.Under each length condition,W2 was the best treatment and W1 was suboptimal treatment under L60 condition,W2 treatment was the best treatment under L80 and L100 condition.
