Green Chinese onion harvesting is the most important link in the production in China.There are two ways to harvest scallion: one is the traditional manual harvesting method,the other is the special harvesting machine.The main machine of the scallion harvester include vibrating harvester,rotary Green Chinese onion harvester and combined harvester.At present,the working effect of vibration and rotary scallion harvesters is poor.First,there are some problems in the design of machine tools,and the applicability of the machines is poor;Second,the performance of the equipment is in a certain problem,the reliability and the result is poor.The efficiency is low.Therefore,it is urgent to study a machine that can be used for harvesting Chinese onion.On the basis of sufficient investigation and analysis,this paper designs two rows of onion combine harvester.This machine uses the full hydraulic drive,takes the diesel engine as the power,drives three group of hydraulic pump work,each group of hydraulic pumps provides the power for the different devices respectively.The working process of the whole machine is: the front-end soil separation device will separate the two sides of the spring Onion Ridge,the bottom of the vibration excavation device to complete the vibration excavation operations,the roots of the green onion cut and lifted,after excavation of the Onion after the two-line collection device into the holding conveyor,The Onion transported to the rear is collected by the collecting device.The main contents of this paper include: the design of the components of the two-row spring Onion harvester,the calculation and analysis of the key parts and the type selection;According to the design scheme of the whole machine and the structure of each part,the threedimensional model of each component is established by using SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software According to the design scheme,virtual assembly is performed to verify the overall design effect,and the mechanical test of large lush stems is carried out to determine the compression characteristics of large lush stems.The deformation is started when the force is 7.5 N,and the force of the chassis frame is simulated by the software of ANSYS.Verifying the rationality of chassis design,using EDEN to simulate and analyze the soil plate,the maximum force of the green onion is 2 N when the soil plate passes,and the green onion will not be damaged,and the motion trajectory of the vibratory excavation shovel is analyzed by using the software of ADAMS.The displacement in the horizontal direction is 90 mm,the displacement in the vertical direction is 40 mm.Draw two dimensional diagram of each component of double row green onion combine harvester and prototype trial manufacture.The performance test was carried out.
