Bamboo shoots of Chimonobambusa hejiangensis C.D.Chu.treated with different types of organic fertilizers were used as materials, the quantity of bamboo shoots and the yield of bamboo shoot, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, cellulose content, lignin content, water content of bamboo shoot, edible part and content of different flavour amino acids and related enzyme activities were measured.Meanwhile, soil properties including physiochemical properties, soil urease activity, soil invertase activity, soil microbial carbon source metabolism and soil microbial community functional diversity index were also surveyed after fertilization under the forest of Chimonobambusa hejiangensis C.D.Chu.Through the combination of two aspects,to explore the short-term effects of different fertilization treatments on bamboo shoots of bamboos and changes of soil can provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development and utilization of Chimonobambusa hejiangensis bamboos.Compared with the control group, the main results are as follows:The application of organic fertilizer can significantly increase the yield of bamboo shoots.Among them, the largest increase in bamboo shoot production is handled by ZS2 treatment,it is recommended that this method be used in the production practice.DP2 treatment can significantly increase soluble protein content of bamboo shoots;FH2-YB treatment increases soluble sugar content;FH1-GD treatment increases cellulose content;DP1 treatment minimizes lignin content;DP2-GD treatment significantly improves the edible content of bamboo shoots,rate;ZS1 treatment makes the moisture content of bamboo shoots decrease the most.DP2-GD treatment can significantly increase the content of delicious amino acids and sweet-smelling amino acids in bamboo shoots;FH1 treatment can significantly reduce the content of bitter-tasting amino acids in bamboo shoots.DP2 treatment can reduce PAL enzyme activity and 4CL enzyme activity, thereby improving the storage stability of bamboo shoots.Application of organic fertilizer can increase soil organic matter content and total nitrogen content, increase soil urease activity and soil invertase activity, thereby increasing soil fertility.Fertilization treatment resulted in a significant increase in the carbon metabolic activity of soil microbial communities.Different fertilization changed the uptake of carbon source by the soil microbial community and also changed the microbial community in the soil.In order to maintain the recycling of nutrients in the bamboo forest,it is recommended to use the fertilizing formulas that the soil microorganisms use carbohydrates and amino acids as the main carbon source, which is of great significance for ensuring the sustainable development and utilization of bamboo forests.
