Objective To analysis the causes of continuous cropping obstacles in Atractylodes based on microbial factors,specific analysis of soil physicochemical factors and autotoxicity etc,then to study targeted methods of reducing the the barrier harm of the succession cultivation,including seedling sterilization,spraying trace elements,soil improvement,application of organic fertilizer,biological fertilizer and other measures,and coordinate these measures to establish a method reducing continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes.Methods Through the research on the allelopathy of shoots and rhizomes eluviated matter of Atractylodes,root exudates on seeds and seedlings of lettuce,seeds and seedlings of Atractylodes macrocephala,to study the effect of toxicity in continuous cropping disorder of Atractylodes macrocephala;the index of physical and chemical properties,the content of organic matter and main nutrient elements in the rotation and continuous cropping soil were detected,to explore the effect of the degree of soil physicochemical properties in the continuous cropping obstacles;through comparison of the number of different kinds of microbes nearby the Atractylodes roots in the rotation and continuous cropping,to study the influence of soil borne diseases on continuous cropping obstacles.The effect of seed soaking measures on continuous cropping obstacle was studied.through the use of lime nitrogen soil sterilization test,spraying trace elements test,and use of biological fertilizer,organic fertilizer and lime soil test measures,to explore the preventive and control effects of various measures on continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala.Result 1.The developmental stage had a significant effect on Allelopathy of Atractylodes macrocephala,and its allelopathy was strongest at seedling stage,and its inhibitory effect on Atractylodes macrocephala seedlings decreased with growth.Atractylodes rhizome and stem leaf extracts generally in high concentration inhibited the seedling hypocotyl and radicle length of Atractylodes macrocephala root length;soil water extracts on seedling growth of Atractylodes has no obvious autotoxicity,and organic solvent extracts and high concentration treatments were increased as the concentration of long have obvious inhibition on seedling length and root of Atractylodes macrocephala;seedling root exudates had obvious inhibition on seedling length and root length of seedling growth of atractylodes.The above-mentioned results shows that Atractylodes macrocephala has obvious autotoxicity,especially at the seedling stage.2.The pH value of root system in Rhizoma Atractylodes macrocephala is decreasing with the growth and development of Atractylodes macrocephala,pH value has decreased by one point,and the root soil has undergone acidification.According to the content of nutrient elements in the soil,continuous cropping does not necessarily cause the decrease of soil nutrient content,but the nutrient content in the soil has changed unevenly.Bacteria and actinomycetes number in continuous cropping soil showed significant decreasing trend,and the number of pathogenic fungi showed significant growth compared with the rotten soil,while Atractylodes root rot and blight is caused by fungal pathogens of the disease.3.Based on the application of lime nitrogen and commercial bio fertilizer,can be combined with seed soaking using ethylicin fungicides to prevent carrying pathogens,can effectively improve the survival rate and the continuous cropping of Atractylodes canopy diameter,so as to improve the yield of medicinal materials.In the.continuous cropping of Atractylodes macrocephala,the soil is sterilized with 0.2 kilograms per square to neutralize the soil acidity,thus reducing the continuous cropping barrier.Single microelement spraying had no significant effect on the survival rate of continuous cropping Atractylodes macrocephala,but it had an effect on improving resistance,improving plant survival rate and yield of medicinal herbs.4.In the process of continuous cropping Atractylodes macrocephala,the effect of single measures is limited,so the comprehensive use of multiple measures can achieve good results.The comprehensive method of prevention of continuous cropping obstacles for Atractylodes were planted disinfection with the type and concentration of reagents(ethylicin 800 times,with the amount of lime soaking)(0.20 kilograms per square)to sterilize and neutralize the acidic soil of continuous cropping soil,and combined with the application of silkworm excrement fermentation fertilizer(0.33 kilograms per square)and other organic fertilizer and contains lots of beneficial bacteria biological fertilizer(0.33 kilograms per square),can effectively improve the survival rate of seedlings of Atractylodes,deposit rate of 80%,fresh yield 447.6 kilograms Atractylodes rhizome.It can basically relieve the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala and improve the production and quality of continuous cropping medicine.Conclusion 1.seedling of Atractylodes root exudates and root soil organic extracts had strong inhibitory effects on seedling plants of Atractylodes Atractylodes,water extract on seedling growth of Atractylodes have stronger toxicity from allelopathy;2.The pH value nearby Atractylodes root after cropping declined seriously,acidification phenomenon is serious,the number of bacteria and actinomycetes number in soil decreased significantly,the number of fungi increased significantly after continuous cropping;3.The effect of single control measures of continuous cropping obstacle is relatively limited,the comprehensive method for prevention of Atractylodes continuous cropping obstacle:soaking of seeds with ethylicin 800 times,with the amount of lime(0.20 kilograms per square)disinfection and neutralize the acidic soil,and combined with the application of silkworm excrement fermentation fertilizer(equivalent to 0.15 kilograms per square dry silkworm)and contains a large number of beneficial bacteria and microbial fertilizer(0.33 kilograms per square),it can effectively improve the survival rate of Atractylodes macrocephala and the yield of rhizome of Rhizoma Atractylodes,which basically relieves the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala.The comprehensive prevention and control methods for the continuous cropping obstacle of Atractylodes macrocephala were established including biological control,ecological control and low residue and high efficiency pesticide prevention and control.
