B-vitamins are small molecules active organic matter in the soil, playing an important role in improving the soil physical and chemical environment and producing high quality apples. In 2015,the four-year-old Fuji apple of Penglai City Experimental Area was used as the material,to study the effects of soil application of vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B6 and Vitamin B complex in different doses. And the results showed that vitamin B6 and vitamin B on the leaves nutritious, soil environment and fruit quality of Fuji apple had significant effect. In 2016,the eight-year-old Fuji apple Yiyuan County Experimental Zone was used as material,to further verify the effects of different fertilizers and dosages, and to screene the best fertilizer type and fertilizing amount. The main results are as follows:1.The application of B-vitamins in soil had significant effect on leaf growth.Vitamin B6 10g/plant had a significant effect on leaf P,K,Cu and Zn,which increased by 17.2%,41.5%,39.3%and 38.8%;The compound vitamin B significantly increased the content of N?Ca in leaf, and increased by 32.4%,42.7%respectively than the control. The vitamin B6 12g/plant had the highest content of CAT,which increased 33.5%than the control. The vitamin B614g/plant significantly promoted the contents of SPAD,SOD and POD in leaves, and increased by 11.37%,34..5%,24.6%respectively than the control.2.The application of B-vitamins in soil had significantly effect on improving soil environment and improve soil mineral nutrition, vitamin B6 10g/plant significantly increased soil available phosphorus, magnesium, iron content, increased by 46.7%,7.6%,8.6%respectively than the control.;Vitamin B6 12g/plant had a significant effect on soil total nitrogen, available potassium and zinc, and increased by 73%,28.3%,59.8%respectively than the control;Vitamin B1 10g/plant significantly increased the available copper content, increased by 71.4%than the control;vitamin B6 14 g/plant significantly increased the soil TOC content, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes, and increased by 65.8%,1.16 times,21.67 times respectively than the control;Vitamin B6 significantly reduced the number of Scopulariopsis?Penicillium and Mizugakiibacter, significantly increased the number of Trichoderma?Rhodanobacter, and produced the Thauera.3.The application of B-vitamins in soil improved the quality of apple fruit,Vitamin B6 10g/plant had the significant effects on fruit weight, hardness, soluble sugar, aromatic ester content, increased by 20.2%,31.7%,21.65%,22.2%,18.5%and 48.2%respectively than the control; The vitamin B6 12g/plant had the highest anthocyanins, fruit shape index and Zn content, and respectively increased by 73.9%,7.1%,5.8%respectively than the control;Vitamin B6 14g/plant significantly increased the content of soluble solids, vitamin C and K content, increased by 18.7%,43.9%and 40.6%than the control; The compound vitamin B had the most significant Titratable and Ca acid, increased by 12.5%and 81.4%than the control.4.Analyzed the effect of B-vitamins on apple leaf development, soil environment, apple quality and economic investment difference, the results showed that the application of vitamin B610-12g/plant is the best facilities for the production of high quality apple quality of Fuji.
