In order to solve the problems of improper application of fertilizer,waste of resources,and pollution of the environment in the production process of modern orchards,the method of fertilizing slow-release fertilizers in orchards was proposed.Due to the advantages such as release rate,duration of fertility,controllability,and potential for development,slow-release fertilizers have been popularized.But at present,the fertilizing method of slow-release fertilizer is artificially applying fertilizer,with large labor intensity and low operating efficiency,which is not conducive to the promotion of slow-release fertilizers.In order to solve these problems and achieve mechanized fertilization,this paper proposes a pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard,which is driven by a tractor.The hydraulic system controls the rotation of the drill bit,and the soil collection bucket can assist in the completion of the earth covering operation.The pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard can liberate the labor force,reduce labor cost,and also has important practical significance for the promotion of slow-release fertilizer.The main research works are as follows:(1)The overall design of the pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard is determined.The pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard is composed of power system,hydraulic system,frame,drill and covering device.Pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard is pulled and powered by tractor,which improve forward flexibility and practicality of the machine.(2)The power system of pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard machine is designed.The power system is the power source of the fertilizer machine,including the tractor,universal joint,pulley,bearing pedestal and transmission shaft.To build a reasonable dynamic system,in the theoretical analysis and calculation of the components of the power system,a type A v-belt is selected,and the size of the pulley,the center distance between the pulley and the root number of the belt are determined.(3)The hydraulic system of pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard is designed.According to the requirement of the fertilizer application of the slow-release fertilizer,the suitable hydraulic oil circuit is designed,and the model of each component is selected through theoretical analysis and calculation.Hydraulic system includes hydraulic circuit assembly,CBN-E325 hydraulic gear pump,24 V hydraulic electromagnetic directional valve,safety-relief valve,throttle valve,check valve,BMM-20 hydraulic motor and the appropriate hydraulic auxiliary parts.Then 40/50××25-450 telescopic hydraulic cylinder is determined,which cotnrol the drill to realize the function of forward and reverse.(4)The fertilizing system of pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard is designed,including the frame and fertilizing device.The assembly and simulation of each component are carried out by SolidWorks,which ensure the compact and safe reliability of the frame through the interference check and clearance verification of the assembly of each component.Frame fertilizing device is composed of drilling and soil collecting barrel,able to complete slow-release fertilizer fertilization in the process of drilling,turns the soil.Finally,the feasibility of the overburden operation was verified by using EDEM software to simulate the overburden operation of the fertilizer plant.In the field,drilling and covering tests are carried out to debug the hydraulic system.400 operations are selected to measure and measure key parameters such as diameter,depth of drilling,depth of cover,and time of drilling holes.The experimental data is analyzed and verified that the hole diameter stability coefficient is 98.9%,which verifies the rationality of the fertilizer applicator design.The test of slow-release fertilizer application show that the pie slow-release fertilizer distributor in orchard machine developed can realize the operation of slow-release fertilizer in orchards.When the bit speed is 250 r/min,the diameter of the covering radius is 200 mm.With an average hole height of 180 mm,drilling time of 5 s,and soiling time of 2 s,rapid fertilization of orchard slow-release fertilizers can be achieved,labor intensity can be reduced,and drilling and soiling requirements can be achieved.
