Wheat wide precision seeding technology is a new high-yielding cultivation technique of wheat.It was proposed and researched by the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor Yu Songlie,professor of Shandong Agricultural University.In the agricultural machinery,the width is the width of the work of the machine,but in the agronomy,the wide width is the width of the seedlings.This paper adopts the broad-width fingerling of the agronomics.It not only has the significant effect of increasing production,resisting and reducing the disaster,but also can effectively solve the inconsistency and contradiction between individual and population,high yield and lodging,multi spike and ear weight,high investment and low economic efficiency.The essence of wheat wide precision sowing is the main core content of the spreading distance,increasing the width and promoting the average sowing,so that the irregular crowding of the seeds in the traditional sowing is changed into the range of a certain width on one line.The technology focuses on controlling the wheat sowing amount,expanding the row spacing and the width of the seedling band,reasonably ensuring wheat seedlings and tiller number,increasing the rate of the stalk and tillers,making the individual healthy and increasing the yield of wheat.However,few seeder models and technical imperfections are currently compatible with the wheat wide precision seeding technology.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a kind of wheat wide precision seeding machine with simple structure,low manufacturing cost,uniform sowing quantity,high working efficiency and wide width.In this paper,the mechanical wheat wide precision seeding device is designed to complete the wide and precision seeding by the combination of the external grooved wheel chute-type metering device,slotting grooves,seeding tube,and uniform distributor.When the device is working,the seed metering device achieves precision metering.The wheat grains successively pass through slotting grooves,seeding tube,and uniform distributor.During the falling of the seeding tube,it collides with the tube wall and the particles disperse to complete the initial distribution.Then the wheat grain was further distributed into the distributor to realize the wheat wide precision sowing.This paper includes the following areas:(1)Determine the overall structural design plan of the wheat wide precision seeding device,perform theoretical analysis of the wheat wide precision seeding and calculate the seeding amount,select the type of seed metering device,change the position of the seed metering device,design the structure of the seeding grooves,seeding tube and uniform distributor,and establish the three-dimensional model of the whole device.(2)The EDEM discrete element simulation software is used to simulate the movement process of wheat grain in the wheat wide precision seeding device.We analysis the movement trajectory and distribution of wheat particles in different seeding tubes and the trajectories on the different uniform distributor and count the number of particles.Additionally,the structure of the seeding tube and the uniform distributor was optimized.(3)The design and processing of various components were carried out,and the assembly of the wheat wide precision seeding device and the construction of a test-bed were completed,and a wheat wide precision seeding experiment was conducted.The wheat wide precision seeding device designed in this paper adopts single metering device,seeding tube and uniform distributor,which has simple structure and low cost.The test shows that the wheat wide precision seeding device not only has achieved the sowing width,but also realizes the seeding uniformity to meet the requirements of the related technology,and finally realizes the sowing of the row spacing between the small rows in the structure,and has a better sowing performance.
