| Crop breeding and variety slection are important scientific means of improved seed breeding,while plot breeding,as an effective means of breeding improved seeds,is always faced with the problem of precise seeding in field plot experiments.Community as an important tool of agricultural field experiment precision seeder,can meet the general sowing quality requirements,but for experimental plot planting,study precise planting namely fixed point and position of seeds,plant growth and development between the related issues such as competition,plot seeder often can’t meet the requirements,still need to rely on artificial planting,and complicated factors influencing the village precision seeder sowing quality,lack of perfect plot precision seeding evaluation system,the theoretical design value in practical production and field planting,which limits the development of village precision seeding technology.According to the demand of wheat precision planting in the test plot,this paper designed the precision seeding platform of the guide-rail plot,equipped with a new type of ring belt precision seeding device and an air-sucking precision seeding device,and carried out a field experiment to explore the influence of furrow opener and soil block diameter on the seeding quality.Based on the above field experiments,the precision positioning seeding technology was further proposed,and the precision positioning seeding device was designed and carried out field experiments,providing new equipment support for the precision seeding technology in the community.The research work and results of this paper are as follows:1.Use the uniform plate punching simulation precision metering device indoor and field furrowing seeding test,combined with the national standard of the single grain(precision seeder test method of test requirements,the supplement to the precision seeding of quality evaluation system,and put forward the direction of vertical planting rows added vertical migration index sowing quality,combined with environmental factors such as soil block size,crop sequence formation evaluation system of the precision seeding.2.According to the simulation of discontinuous seed arrangement process of precision seed metering device with grid slat,a ring belt precision seed metering device is designed.Combined with the air suction precision seed metering device and the ditching device,a guide rail precision seeding device is built.3.According to the combination of air suction/ring belt precision seeding device and double disc/belt rotary tillage furrow opening with guide rail precision seeding device,it is found that the combination of air suction belt furrow opening has the best seeding effect,while the size of furrow opening device and thick soil block diameter has an impact on the seeding quality.In order to avoid the influence of seed dropping process and soil surface on seeding,a new seeding method--precise positioning on demand technology was proposed combining with hole seeding method.4.Design a set of seeding device suitable for precise positioning and on-demand technology,complete the design and manufacture of the prototype,conduct the field test of the prototype,and obtain the sowing performance evaluation of the new type of seeding device.The test results show that the surface roughness has an impact on the sowing depth of the device,row spacing and grain spacing are controllable,and the data are accurate and reliable. |
