Red jujube planting technology has a long history and has high medicinal and nutritional value.Red jujube essential steps in the process of drying is postpartum processing,this article in view of the present southern xinjiang red jujube drying quality of poor quality,the part of the dry red jujube rot during storage and transportation,to planting jujube peasant family bring huge economic losses,red jujube value-added not give full play to the problems to be solved.This paper chose a red jujube electrical properties testing way,using far infrared drying and hot air drying device set the drying temperature of 55?,60?and 65?,use 2817type LCR digital bridge meter measure dielectric parameters of red jujube and set up when measuring the frequency of 0.1kHz,1kHz,10kHz,40kHz and 100kHz,measurement speed is1.5 times per second,the surface pressure at about 0.01N.The experimental research conclusions are as follows:(1)Three under the red jujube detection frequency of 10kHz drying temperature contrast analysis:red jujube drying temperature was 60?,the dielectric parameters and the change of time(moisture content)of the most obvious,and the most suitable for dry red jujube moisture content online non-destructive testing way is in the process of drying temperature 60?the dielectric parameters of the complex impedance Z_Q.(2)The study on the initial weight of red jujube indicates that the dielectric parameters tend to be stable with the initial weight of jube.Consider red jujube weight and early detection frequency of 10kHz,red jujube based on the electrical characteristics of nondestructive testing should choose the best dry detection methods of drying temperature of55?quality factor of single sigma?_Q.(3)For three different drying temperature red jujube detection frequency and quality factor of single sigma?_Q and single sigma?_D single tangent value research shows that:red jujube online non-destructive testing of the drying temperature of 55?and detect the frequency of 0.1kHz quality factor of single sigma?_Q best combination.(4)Quality study on red parts:red jujube adhesiveness and chewiness impact on the quality factor of single sigma?_Q significantly and wet basis moisture content at about 50%when the aspect ratio is the largest.
