In this experiment, six kinds of herbicides and 2 kinds of insecticides were selected as the experimental agricultural chemicals. The culture medium containing different concentrations of various pesticides was prepared. The length and dry weight of the mycelium during the growth were recorded. The content of sugar and protein in the culture medium and the activity of carboxymethyl cellulase were determined. The results of the test are as follows.(1)When sued normal concentration of each agricultural chemicals, the inhibition of N-(Phosphonomethyl)glycine 2-propylamine(10m L/L)on mycelium growth was the minimu. The inhibition of Glyphosate(6g/L)and Ammonium glyphosate(6g/L)was slightly strong, and the inhibition of Glyhosate potassium(10m L/L)was stronger.Glufosinate-ammonium(6m L/L)and MCPA-Na(5g/L)had the strongest inhibitory effect on the growth of the mycelium of morel mycelia. The induction of Acetamiprid(1m L/L)and Abamectin(2.5m L/L)both inhibited the growth of Morchella mycelia, but the inhibitory effect of Acetamiprid was weaker.(2)In the growth process of the mycelia of Morchella, the sugar in the culture base decreased all the way,and the content of protein decreased first, then it was steady and finally increased.Carboxymethyl cellulase activity showed a trend of decrease at first and then increased with time. After added different pesticides,we found that the amount utilization of sugar, protein content and carboxymethyl cellulase activity varied in varying degrees. The changes were related to the species and concentration of pesticides. The results showed that the inhibition of Glyphosate,Glyphosate ammonium and Glufosinate-ammonium on the growth of mycelium was lesser at the same concentration conditions The insecticides had a negative effect on the growth of mycelia, but the inhibiton effect of Acetamiprid is less.(3)Microscopical observation showed that the mycelium was affected by agricultural chemicals during the growth process. The morphology of the mycelia was changed. It showed that the mycelium was damaged on a degree. The typical samples were further analyzed by infrared scanning. The pictures showed that the agricultural chemicals were mostly reacted with the double bond groups of the fcarbon chain in the mycelium. The results caused the change of length and branch of the carbon chain. It affects the structure of mycelium.Comprehensive analysis of the above results,we can discover that within the agricultural chemicals selected in the experiment,Glyphosate and Ammonium glyphosate are better choices during the growth of mycelium if the herbicide is necessary. These two kinds of herbicides caused lesser harm to mycelium. However, herbicide should in principle be avoided as far as possible. The two kinds of insecticides both showed obvious inhibition in this experiment. It is necessary to be cautious when using these insecticides.
