| Trapa bispinosa Roxb,also known as water chestnut,is an aquatic organism native to temperate regions of Europe.It is widely distributed in lakes,rivers and ponds in China,and is also widely cultivated as an aquatic economic vegetable.In addition to the commercial use of rhombus fruit,the remaining rhombus plants were abandoned,resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste.In this study,the water chestnut plant was fermented into organic fertilizer.Firstly,the nutrient composition of the fermented water chestnut plant fertilizer was determined.Then,0 g(CK),500 g(T1),1000 g(T2),1500 g(T3),2000 g(T4)and 2500 g(T5)fermented water chestnut fertilizer were added to 4 L of tap water respectively.The water chestnut cultivation experiment was conducted to determine the growth performance and quality of water chestnut.At the same time,the absorption of nutrients in the culture solution by water celery was detected.This study is aimed to provide guidance for the recycling of water chestnut.The main findings are as follows:1.The nutrient components of the fermentation fertilizer of water chestnut plants were analyzed,the nitrogen content in water chestnut plants was 0.97%,phosphorus 1.53%,and potassium 5.49%,all of which were higher than the content of the nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in urban agricultural waste control standard(GB8172-87).The content of heavy metals in the stems and leaves of the plants was Cr 4.25 mg.kg-1,As 2.30 mg.kg-1,Pb 2.07 mg.kg-1,Cd 0.05 mg.kg-1,Hg 0.03 mg.kg-1,and the content of heavy metals in the roots was Cr 16.7 mg.kg-1,As 4.50 mg.kg-1,Pb 18.35 mg.kg-1,Cd 0.81 mg.kg-1,Hg 0.17 mg.kg-1 and are under control urban agricultural waste standard(GB8172-87).The total content of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in the mixture(water chestnut:soil 3:1)is 9.61%and higher than the national organic standard(NY525-2011).The moisture content,granularity and pH,such as all accord with national standard,the nutrient content of organic fertilizer belongs to high quality organic fertilizer.2.The effect of fermentation fertilizer on growth performance and quality of water celery were analyzed.The growth performance and quality fertilizer of water celery adding fertilizer were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and the group of 4 L water to add 2000 g is best.After 36 days of culture,compared with the control group,the plant height,lateral diameter,petiole number,chlorophyll content and single plant weight increased by 51.39%,56.50%,240.82%,66.64%and 1881.62%,respectively.The contents of crude protein and crude fiber in water celery were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of petiole protein,leaf protein,petiole crude fiber and leaf crude fiber increased by 149.01%,1 10.24%,21.50%and 80.0%,respectively in the treatment group with the addition of 2000 g.3.The absorption effect of water celery on the nutrient components of fermented fertilizer was analyzed.The absorption of nutrients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 36 days of culture,the group that 2000 g fertilizer was added to 4 L tap water,the reduction of TN,NH4+-N,NO3--N,NO2--N,TP,PO4+ and K+ in the culture medium of water celery was 3047.64%,3746.33%,2012.74%,1400.76%,21244.6%,3985.05%and 2445.3%higher than that of the control group,respectively. |
