Edible lily,as a flower, medicine, and food,is a kind of medicine and food homologous plant that has been approved by China's Ministry of Health. However,in recent years, due to the degradation of soil fertility, the lily bulb yield has been reduced, which is a problem that needs to be solved during the development. The scientific and efficient utilize of fertilizers is an important measure to regulate soil nutrient balance and increase crop yield and quality. In this study,Lanzhou-lily was selected as the research object, and nine combinations of potassium,& organic fertilizers were set up.The Budding and Withering stages of lily as the sampling period in this trial. The result of the effects of 20 cm soil enzymatic activity and nutrients, plant nutrients and dry weight of bulb yield were studied, all of which is in order to provide references data for agriculture`s sustainable-development,such as the soil fertility, overcoming continuous cropping obstacles, and the manure fertilization management, during the growth and development of edible lilies. Now,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Under the combined application of potash fertilizer and organic manure, the enzyme activities of invertase, alkaline phosphatase and urease in the soil have the highest data, which was under the condition of high amount of potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer. At the same time, the result has appear that the effect of potassium fertilizer on enzyme activity was greater than that of organic fertilizer. In short, the concrete manifestation is: sucrase> alkaline phosphatase> urease.2.The content of soil nitrate-N and available-potassium was grown by the increase of the amount of organic fertilizer applied during the budding and withering period,in the meantime, the difference between the treatments of organic fertilizers was decreasd. The change of available phosphorus content in soil has shown the opposite trend with the former when organic fertilizer and potash fertilizer are applied.3.The content of N,P and K in the underground bulb of the lily showed the same denaturation with the increase of potassium fertilizer while the response of the organic fertilizer wasn`t obvious.Among them, the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in bulb was the highest value in the wilting period of the plants with the combination of high potassium and medium organic fertilizer. The difference between the high and low levels of phosphorus and potassium in the stems and leaves of the lily was significant in the two periods, while the nitrogen content was only significant at the bud stage.4.Under the double high fertilizer amount(High potassium fertilizer and high organic manure),the increase of the bulb yield was the most significant. While, the harvest index changes with the amount of potash fertilizer that the low potassium fertilizer & high organic fertilizer or the medium potassium fertilizer&low organic fertilizer or the high potassium fertilizer & the medium organic fertilizer can have higher appear after the application of the organic fertilizer.5.There was a significant positive correlation between the three enzymes and soil nitrate nitrogen and available potassium. At the same time, the three enzymes and available potassium were highly correlated with the bulb yield, and the nitrate nitrogen, the available phosphorus and the bulb yield were only significant moderate correlation and no correlation. In summary, there are differences in the application of potash fertilizer and organic fertilizer to each research object, but all are higher than the control treatment. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the balanced application of chemical fertilizer and the management of the fertilizer application.
