| This test is a large-area field trial conducted at the Tuanjie Village Test Base in Beilin District,Suihua City,Heilongjiang Province. There are seven treatments in the trial:(1)MO+F(Regular fertilization amount in Suihua City);(2)M1+F1;(3)M1+F2;(4)M2+F1;(5)M2+F2;(6)M3+F1;(7)M3+F2.Among them,M1 is low organic fertilizer 15 m3·hm-2,M2 is organic fertilizer medium 30 m3·hm-2,M3 is organic fertilizer high amount 45 m3·m-2;F1 is reduced fertilizer 20%,F2 is reduced fertilizer 40%.The effects of organic fertilizer instead of reduced fertilization on soil nutrient content, corn nutrient accumulation, corn dry weight, corn yield and yield components were analyzed. The effects of organic fertilizer instead of reduced fertilization on soil fertility and crop yield increase were analyzed. The test results are as follows:(1)With the advancement of corn growth period, the contents of total nitrogen, alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil gradually decreased.Differences in soil nutrient contents between M1,M2,M3 treatments under F1(20%reduction in fertilizer application)and F1(40%reduction in fertilizer application)and soil fertility in conventional fertilization treatments at different levels Significant. The soil nutrient content of M3+F1 treatment had the maximum value in each period.(2)With the advancement of maize growth period, the accumulation of NPK and leaf nitrogen accumulation in maize stems increased first and then decreased, reaching the maximum at the filling stage;the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium in corn stalks was also the same. The trend is first increased and then decreased, but at the maximum of the large flare period. The M1,M2,M3 treatment under F1(20%reduction of chemical fertilizer)and the M1,M2,M3 treatment and conventional fertilization treatment of maize nutrient accumulation at 5%level under F1(reduced fertilizer application 20%)The difference is more significant. The nutrient accumulation of maize treated by M3+F1 has the maximum value in each period.(3)With the advancement of corn growth period, the dry matter of corn increased first, and it had the highest value during the filling period, and then gradually decreased.Under the condition of F1(reduced fertilizer application 20%),the dry matter weight of each treatment was higher than that under F2(40%reduction of chemical fertilizer). The M3+F1 treatment had the highest dry matter weight in each period.(4)The reduced fertilization under organic and inorganic application had no significant effecton SPAD value, plant height and stem diameter(including diameter and perimeter).(5)Under the condition of F1(reduced fertilizer application 20%),the 100-grain weight, yield and economic benefit of M1,M2 and M3 treatments were higher than those of F2(40%reduction of chemical fertilizer),and treated with M1,M2 and M3.A significant difference of 5%difference was achieved. The high yield of organic fertilizer was 45 m3·hm-2,and the yield of treated fertilizer reduced by 20%(M3+F1)was 704.82 kg·hm-2.The agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer treatment with M3+F1 has a maximum value of 17.49 kg·kg-1.In summary, organic fertilizer combined with F1(reduced fertilizer 20%)compared with farmers’ conventional fertilization and F2(40%reduction of chemical fertilizer)can increase soil nutrient content and promote the absorption and utilization of NPK in corn stalks and leaves. To increase corn production and increase corn production value. The high amount of 45 m3·hm-2 and the reduction of fertilizer application by 20%(M3+F1)are the most obvious, and can improve soil organic matter and fertility. |
