With the development of the pig industry,the feed industry has developed rapidly.In order to withstand the various diseases of finishing pigs,feed processing plants will add antibiotics and antibiotics feed additives.Feeding these additives for a long time will lead to a decline in immunity of livestock and poultry,causing Endogenous and secondary infections in animals have led to problems such as the growth of drug-resistant strains and the rise of antibiotic residues in animals.Chinese herbal feed additives can solve the problems of the abuse of antibiotics,chemical synthetic drugs and hormone drugs in livestock production,such as drug residue,drug resistance and toxic effect of poisonous women,and serious harm to human health.On the basis of previous studies,the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine feed additives pig pig powder will be explored,and the antibacterial activity of its main Chinese medicine ingredients will be studied.Then in vitro clinical trials will be conducted to understand the incidence of fat pigs used in fattening pigs.And the growth rate.In order to investigate the detection method of pig fat,the in vitro antibacterial activity of the extract,and the determination of pig fat content by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),this experiment used water and 95%ethanol as the solvent,respectively.Extracts;phloroglucinol and stilbene glycosides were used as reference substance,and the contents of the two components in the extracts were detected by UV method.The MIC of the extracts against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was detected by microtube-plate method.The main active components of Feizhan powder were phloroglucinol and stilbene glycosides.The orthogonal test L16(4~5)design experiment was used to test the extraction temperature,extraction time,ethanol concentration,and material-liquid ratio.For the influence,the extraction process parameters of fat pig powder are preferably extracted by ethanol reflux.The results showed that the contents of the pyrogallol and stilbene glycosides in the 95%ethanol extract were 2.4800 mg and 0.0999 mg,respectively,and the amounts of the two in the water extract were 2.2360 mg and 0.0326 mg,respectively.The MICs of the 95%ethanol extract against E.coli and S.aureus were 41.77 mg/ml and 56.00 mg/ml,respectively,and the MICs of the water extract against the two bacteria were 250.00 mg/ml and 315.35 mg/ml,respectively.Ethanol reflux extraction method was the best process parameters:ethanol concentration 50%,solid-liquid ratio1:80,extraction temperature 95°C,extraction time 4 h;the HPLC determination of phloroglucinol was 5.615.The%and stilbene glycoside content was 0.325%.Therefore,it was shown that the fat pig powder was extracted with 50%ethanol under reflux to have a high content of phloroglucinol and stilbene glucoside and had good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The standard study lays the foundation for the HPLC detection of pig fat samples.Under the same conditions in clinical trials,fattening pigs with fat pigs added according to the instructions had faster weight gain than fattening pigs without fat pigs,with an average daily weight gain of 309g,and reduced the incidence of finishing pigs.It has brought immeasurable economic benefits to the pig industry.
