Objective: To explore the healing effect of canine stem cell secretion factor in the treatment of canine skin injury model,and compare the healing time,wound healing rate and skin histopathology,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for stem cell secretion factor to repair canine skin injury,to provide theoretical basis and technical.Methods: Twelve juvenile experimental dogs were immunized by puppies immunization,deworming procedures and comprehensive medical examination.After the that,they were tested for study.A total of 30 mm * 30 mm skin damage model was performed on the back of each test dog after general anesthesia,and the stem cell secretion factor BMSC-F was treated with 0.2ml / time,2 times / day Local application of stem cell secretion factor solution,the conventional treatment group by 2 times / day smear wound rehabilitation Kang cream and control group blank control,such as wound secretions exudate with 0.05% chlorhexidine gluconate wash the wound and then medication until Wound healing stop topical medication.During the wound healing period,observe a wound healing every other day rate and for the recording statistics,and then analysis statistics of the test group healing time.Removing the complete neonatal skin tissue of three test models was cut with a full scalpectomy with a scalpel at 10 days,20 days,30 days,and 60 days after operation.The skin tissue sections and HE staining were used to observe the skin Organizational Restoration.Results: The healing rate of BMSC-F treatment group was higher than conventional treatment group and control group at all time points,and the time of complete healing was shorter than conventional treatment group and control group,the difference was significant(P <0.01).The normal skin layer,dermis layer and subcutaneous tissue layer were formed in BMSC-F treatment group at 10 days,20 days,30 days and 60 days after treatment by HE staining of neonatal skin tissue sections.Simultaneous comparison found that the stem cell secretory factor solution group of inflammatory cells less than the conventional treatment group and control group,blood vessels,sweat glands and hair follicles grow richer,collagen fibers arranged more meticulous and orderly.BMSC-F treatment group's skin structure and normal skin similarity was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group and control group.Conclusion: Stem cell secretion factor treatment of wound healing rate was improved obviously,significantly shorten the course of treatment,wound granulation tissue,blood vessels,sweat glands,hair follicles and others growth better.The results show that the use of stem cell secretion factor to repair canine skin lesions(including car accidents,skin diseases,surgical injuries)has a good effect,can speed up the repair and can improve the quality of life in dogs.support for the dog stem cell secretion factor in pet clinical application.
