Study On Spraying Gibberellin And Assisted Pollination Using Agricultural Unmanned Aerial Vehicle In Hybrid Rice Seed Production

To explore the effects of gibberellin(GA)and pollination in the hybrid rice seed pro-duction by agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles(AUAV),taking hybrid combinations Y58S×R900,H638S×R1813 and Fengyuan A×Huazhan as material,the effects of different doses of GA spraying in female parents ware investigated at different heading stages by us-ing single-rotor electrodynamic-force agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles(SE-AUAV)with machine-transplanted,artificial transplanting or mechanical direct seeding.Using the combination of H638S×R1813 as the material,the effects of pollination were studied by three types of AUAV with the row ratio of male and female parents 6:40.Using the combi-nation of H638S×R1813,Guangzhan63-2S×R1813 and Shen 08S×R1813 as the material,the effects of pollination were researched by single-rotor oil-powered agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles(SO-AUAV)with the row ratio of male and female parents 6:40,6:50,6:60.the results were as following:1?Using AUAV to spray GA,the effect of Y58S with artificial transplanting was the best when earing rate was 5%-35%and the dose of gibberellin was 32 g/667m~2;when ear-ing rate of Y58S was in the range of 5%-45%,the results were good with three spraying dosages by machine-transplanted,which the package neck rate was low than 1%and the to-tal panicle exsertion rate was over 80%.When earing rate of H638S was in the range of5%-45%,the results were good with three spraying dosages by machine-transplanted and mechanical direct seeding.The best results of Fengyuan A by machine-transplanted when earing rate reached 10%-20%,and the dose of GA 38.4 g/667m~2;the effects of Fengyuan A were poor with three spraying dosages by mechanical direct seeding,which the package neck rate was over 1%and the total panicle exsertion rate was under 80%.The study had showed that using AUAV to spray gibberellin in female parents of hybrid rice seed produc-tion regardless of machine-transplanted,artificial transplanting or mechanical direct seeding.2?Using three types of AUAV to pollination in hybrid rice seed production,the average pollen grains were more than 5 in a visual field 10×10 times under the microscope.Using the SO-AUAV to pollination,the outcrossing seed-setting rate of female parental was 41.48%and the average yield was 213.13 kg/667m~2;The average outcrossing seed-setting rate of female parents was 39.8%and the average yield was 199.97 kg/667m~2 by the SE-AUAV;As the multi-rotors electrodynamic-force agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles(ME-AUAV)to pollination,the average outcrossing seed-setting rate of female parents was 33.33%and the average yield was 155.55 kg/667m~2;The average yield of female parents was 160.52kg/667m~2 by artificial pollination.Indicating that the effects of taking SO-AUAV is good,by which seed production yield can be achieved artificial pollination.3?Using SO-AUAV to pollination with row-ratio of the parents 6:40,6:50 and 6:60,the average number of pollen grains of the three hybrid combinations was respectively 8.33,6.67 and 6.07 in a visual field 10×10 times under the microscope;the average outcrossing seed-setting rate in female parents of Guangzhan63-2S was respectively 32.93%,34.36%and 32.52%,the average yield was respectively 178.83 kg/667m~2,192.01 kg/667m~2 and192.43 kg/667m~2;the average outcrossing seed-setting rate in female parents of H638S was respectively 33.45%,33.79%and 33.98%,the average yield was respectively 176.52kg/667m~2,192.14 kg/667m~2 and 199.70 kg/667m~2;the average outcrossing seed-setting rate in female parents of Shen 08S was respectively 36.61%,28.91%and 32.05%,the average yield was respectively 202.95 kg/667m~2,193.45 kg/667m~2 and 195.17 kg/667m~2.The seed production yield of all hybrid combinations with row-ratio 6:(40-60)by SO-AUAV can be achieved by artificial pollination.
