Seeds of Hybrid wheat are to the production finally, in addition to selecting highheterosis combinations, also need to have efficient production technology as the supporting.Wheat is self-pollinating crops with relatively lower propagation coefficient and a largervolume of unit area. so It's hou to cost-effective produce the seeds of hybrid wheat aimportant burning question on the production of hybrid wheat at present. At the same time,study on seed production of hybrid wheat technology energetically, it has very improtentpractical significance for promoting the process of industrialization of Hybrid Wheat andproducing hybrids wheat of large area. Based on this, this study relied on the laboratory ofHeterosis utilization of crops and research at Northwest Agriculture and Forestry Universityin shaanxi province. we deeply researched on flowering regulation of its parents, the ratio oflines, the rate of outcrossing and the ratio of outcrossing in the same male parent withdifferent female parent for many years and multiple points on Hybrid Wheat Production inlarge area, get the following results:1. The hybrid wheat of 'Xiza No5' is produced in field, in this conditions, the parents setdifferent sowing period, and use of specific flowering regulator for processing, study thetreated and the untreated on maternal outcrossing rate, parents of the different sowing periodand whether using the florescence regulator treatment were associated with maternaloutcrossing rate is extremely significant correlation. The rational using flowering regulator,can greatly increase the female parent in the outcrossing rate, make the production efficiencyimproved remarkable.2. The hybrid wheat of 'Xiza No5' is produced in field, in this conditions, plantteddifferent parental lines male to female according to8:8,8:13,8:17,8:19,8:22, thenkeeping the irrigation and fertilization in field tests under the same conditions, when thewheat grow in the appropriate period, treated by a certain dose of chemical hybridizing agentSQ-1, each district treated by the same amount of medicine. The results show that, in theartificial pollination conditions, hybrid wheat production, the ripening rate is significant difference in different ratio of male to female. In the male line number unchanged, femaleoutcrossing rate as female parent line number increasing is decrease. Among them, take intoaccount both the outcrossing rate, and the convenience of mechanized harvest, parents in the8:8ratio (1:1) can guarantee enough pollen suppling, suitable for hybrid wheat seedproduction in line ratio.3. Investigated and analysised the outcrossing rate in the production field andexperimental field of the 'Xiza No5'.the results show that there isn't extremely significantcorrelation between the field and the experimental field. The outcrossing rate is high of theseed producing in field as certain line ratio, Numerical Wave is also smaller, it is a powerfultheory for supporting seed produced and popularized for 'xizawuhao', indicating 'xizawuhao'not only has the super high yield potential, but also has quality traits.'xizawuhao' may beproduced in a large area for hybrid wheat seed production, it created good condition forbreakthrough hybrid wheat production.4. Investigated and analysised the outcrossing rate of the hybrid combination with thesame male parent and different female, the results show that, there isn't extremely significantcorrelation between the combination which have the same male parent kai-wheat18. there isextremely significant correlation between the combination which have the same male parentxiaoyan22and xiaoyan216, at the same time, the average outcrossing rate of female whosemale parent is kai-wheat18is lower than the male parent of xiaoyan22and xiaoyan216, theaverage outcrossing rate of female whose male parent is xiaoyan22and xiaoyan216is higher.It can be inferred that loosing powder capacity is relatively strong of Xiaoyan22and Xiaoyan216,there is a relatively short period to select excellent parents with good characters, thenwith an important role in promoting hybrid wheat,when in screening or selecting of the mostexcellent production of wheat varieties to cultivate the strong advantage of the hybrid wheat...
