In this experiment,the effects of different supplemental lighting on photosynthesis,growth,yield and quality of strawberry and tomato were studied to select the most favorable light for promoting plant growth and fruit quality,In order to provide a reference for selecting the suitable light source for plants in greenhouse..Effects of different supplemental lighting on growth and development of strawberry:Taking Benihoppe strawberry variery as experimental material,different supplemental lighting were tested to examine the effects on morphology,chlorophyll content,Photosynthesis,Yield and Quality of Strawberry in Yangling greenhouse park.Four treatments were set: T1,Plant Laser Light;T2,LED(R/B=4.9);T3,Fluorescent Lamp;T4,LED(R/B=3);T5,High Pressure Sodium Lamp;CK,without lamp.The results show: LED plant light source with the ratio of red/ blue photons was 4.9:1 and 3∶1 are better on improving photosynthetic rate,promoting vegetative growth,ripening strawberries ahead of time and increase production;Pigment contents of leaves and protein content of fruits under Fluorescent Lamp were the hightest;The soluble solid content and soluble sugar content under High Pressure Sodium Lamp treatment was the highest.At last made synthetic analyze,LED was more beneficial to the improvement of photosynthetic rate,the increase of fruit production and some qualities of strawberry.High Pressure Sodium Lamp was beneficial to the improvement of qualities of strawberry,but it consumed much electricity and the yield was not high.Therefore,using LED plant light source with the ratio of red/ blue photons was4.9:1 as the light source for the greenhouse strawberry is the best choice,beacause of the higher economic benefits.Effects of different supplemental lighting on growth and development of tomato: Taking‘Jia Xina’tomato variety as experimental material,different supplemental lighting were tested to examine the effects on morphology,chlorophyll content,Photosynthesis,Yield and Quality of tomato in the horticultural field of the north campuse of Northwest A&F University.Seven treatments were set: T1,LED(R/B=3:1);T2,LED(R/B=4.9:1);T3,LED(R/B/Y=6:3:1);T4,LED(R/B=9:1);T5,High Pressure Sodium Lamp;T6,Fluorescent Lamp;T7,Floodlight;CK,without lamp.The results show: Plant under LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue/yellow photons was 6:3:1 had the hightest pigment contents of leaves.Photosynthetic rate of the plant under High Pressure Sodium Lamp was the hightest.However,LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue photons was 4.9:1 was better to promote vegetative growth,then promote the yield.Although the single fruit weight under Floodlight was the biggest,the number of fruit per plant is not high,the final output is not high.The vitamin C content,soluble sugar content and soluble solid content under LED plant light source with the radio of red/blue photons were 3:1 and 4.9:1 were the hightest,the titratable acid content under LED plant light source with the radio of red/blue photons was9:1 was the hightest,the content of soluble protein under LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue/yellow photons was 6:3:1 was the hightest.The firmness of the tomato under each treatments were similar,except for the tomato under High Pressure Sodium Lamp.In summary,LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue/yellow photons was 6:3:1 and the radio of red/blue photons were 3:1 and 4.9:1 were benefitial to improve the vegetative growth,the field of tomato under Fluorescent Lamp and LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue photons were 3:1 and 4.9:1 was higher,the quality of tomato under LED plant light source with the ratio of red/blue photons were 3:1 and 4.9:1 was higher.Therefore,the research proved that using LED with the ratio of red/blue photons was 4.9:1 as the light source for the greenhouse tomato was the best choice.
