Shendibushen Capsule On The Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Rat's Influence Of TGF-?1/p38MAPK Pathway Express

Objective: This topic through the Shendibushen Capsule on renal interstitial fibrosis rats of TGF- ?1/p38 MAPK path expression,to explore the possible mechanism of Shendibushen capsule in the treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis?Methods:Choose SPF level 70 male SD rats(180-230- g weight), random to experimental animals were divided into normal group, control group, UUO model group, and shendibushen group, niaoduqing group.Through one-sided ureteral ligation preparation UUO rats model, after building the normal group, model group and control group were 2 ml/d lavage with saline, shendibushen group to participate in rats shendibushen capsule 0.325 g/kg/d solutions to fill the stomach;niaoduqing group in rat niaoduqing 1.81 g/kg/d solutions to fill the stomach.Continuous gastric lavage once daily morning,keep on 4 weeks until the end of the experiment.Respectively to observe the build mode two weeks, four weeks after two time points between groups of rats serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, the change of the urine trace albumin, and renal biopsy HE staining, light microscope to observe the time of renal biopsy pathology morphology, in the case of a change by immune histochemical method each time point was detected in kidney tissue of the expression of TGF-?1, p38 MAPK.Results:Each time point shendibushen group, niaoduqing group's urine trace albumin compared with model group had no statistical significance(p > 0.05); Each time point shendibushen group, niaoduqing group's serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen decreased obviously, compared with model group(p < 0.05); Each time point shendibushen group, niaoduqing group's TGF- beta 1, p38 MAPK expression reduced significantly, compared with model group(p < 0.05)Conclusion:Shendibushen Capsule could reduce UUO model rats creatinine and urea nitrogen level; Shendibushen Capsule can alleviate UUO model rat kidney pathological lesion severity; Shendibushen Capsule may adjust the TGF- beta 1 / P38 MAPK pathway play the role of resisting RIF.
