Clinical Observation Of Early Cosmetic Suture Techniques Applying In 180 Trauma Patients Treatment

Objective:To observe the treatment effect of early cosmetic suture techniques applying in trauma patients treatment.Methods:From September 2012 to September 2013,180 wounded patients were treated with the early thorough debridement and early cosmetic suture techniques, with no skin defect can be directly subtle suture, if there is any skin tissue defect,skin transplant, flap transplant will be apply, using the self-designed scar evaluation sheet for effect observation?Results:After 3-9 months following-up(except3 cases),170 cases are no obvious scar hyperplasia, no obvious tissue shift,and having good cosmetic effect; 7 cases had more apparent hypertrophic scar.Conclusions:We should pay more attention to the early suture of in the trauma emergency treatment and aesthetic requirements, early cosmetic suture can obviously reduce scar formation, having high satisfaction.
