Objective: To observe the effect of early surgical treatment of facial trauma patients using plastic surgery techniques;to explore how to prevent scars through early active treatment, improve aesthetics, reduce the psychological burden on patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.METHODS: A total of 223 patients with facial skin trauma who underwent plastic surgery in the cosmetic and cosmetic department between September 2015 and January 2017 were observed and followed up.All patients were actively repaired with early debridement, cosmetic plastic surgery, and sutures. For those who have no skin defect, they can be sutured layer by layer(periosteum, muscularis, subcutaneous tissue, intradermal)directly. If the skin is glued with medical glue,or if there is no injury, then the frontal absorptive suture is not sutured;if there is a skin tissue defect,If it is not possible to directly suture the suture, then use transplanted skin grafts, local transfer flaps, etc.to repair, after surgery, the patient will be guided according to the patient’s wishes to choose anti-tuberculosis products, treat the anti-spasm treatment for 3 to 6 months;collected to August 2016 A total of 48 patients with facial trauma who attended the emergency department in November 2016 were treated with debridement, silk suture, and anti-scar treatment after surgery. All patients were changed every other day after surgery, and they were usually removed 5-7 days after surgery. All patients were followed up for 3-6 months. The doctors and patients were surveyed for the satisfaction of the treatment effect of the emergency department and cosmetic orthopedics department. The scores of the scars after healing were scored with reference to the Vancouver Scar Scale, and the scores were statistically analyzed with the t-test.result:First,all patients were followed up for 3-6 months. The degree of satisfaction with the healing effect of doctors and patients was as follows:1.Among the 223 patients who came to the cosmetic orthopedics department,15 were lost.(1)Professional evaluation of the healing effect by the doctor: 200 patients had noobvious scar hyperplasia after wound healing, facial skin was smooth,no obvious pigmentation, good recovery, satisfactory healing effect;8 patients had a long time due to treatment,Postoperative infections and other reasons left more obvious scars or partial uneven or pigmentation, healing effect is not satisfied.(2)Patients were evaluated according to subjective feelings: 189 patients had no obvious scar hyperplasia after wound healing, facial skin was smooth, recovery was good,no obvious pigmentation, and patient’s healing effect was satisfactory;19 patients considered scar hyperplasia and healing effect was not satisfaction.2.Of the 48 patients treated in the emergency department,3 were excluded from the visit.(1)Professional evaluation by doctors: The wound healing scores were good in 29 patients, slight scars were broadened or slight pigmentation was seen in some patients, and the results were still satisfactory.16 patients had different degrees of scar hyperplasia and the score was not satisfactory.(2)Patients were evaluated according to subjective feelings: 23 patients were still satisfied with the healing effect, and 22 patients were not satisfied with the healing effect.2.The t-test was performed on the total score of the scars after healing in the emergency department and cosmetic orthopedics department.t=4.201,p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. The results of the analysis of the total score of the scar score using the t-test were in full agreement with the findings of the physician and patient satisfaction survey. Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment is needed after facial trauma. The effect of early cosmetic and plastic repair on facial trauma is better than that of emergency department general full-stitch suture. The satisfaction degree of doctors and patients is high and worthy of promotion.
