Deep venous thrombosis (Deep Venous Thrombosis, DVT) is a common gynecological laparoscopy postoperative complications, but because DVT occult onset,80% DVT patients with no clinical manifestation, we tend to overlook the operation of gynecological patients especially in prevention of postoperative period of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation around DVT. At present, the peri operation period of gynecologic laparoscopic DVT prevention there is no uniform norms or standards, in many hospitals there are not enough attention or prevent problems such as excessive. This study used Autar deep vein risk assessment scale, DVT risk assessment in gynecological laparoscopic patients, the corresponding prevention measures for, in high-risk patients, to observe the occurrence of DVT after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Part 1 Objective To discuss and analysis the effect of Autar scale on the risk assessment of deep venous thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopy. Methods To review a total of 218 patients with gynecological laparoscopy and assess the risk of deep venous thrombosis by Autar scale from July 2014 to September 2014. Then did some statistic analysis about the correlation between the rate of deep venous thrombosis and Autar scale score. Results All operations were successfully performed.3 cases (1.4%) occured DVT in all patients. And no patient occured DVT in 171 cases of low risk.1 case (3.2%) occured DVT in 31 cases of medium risk.2 cases (12.5%) occured DVT in 16 cases of high risk. The different was significant between groups(x2=16.4, P<0.01). Meantime, the result of Autar scale risk assessment was positively related to the rate of DVT (R2=0.9357, p<0.05). Conclusion Autar scale can forecast the risk of DVT after gynecological laparoscopy effectively. It is helpful to make some predictive measures for medium-high risk patients. It is no only avoid the blindness of the nursing intervention, but also good for the recovery of patients.Part 2 Objective To investigate the occurrence of different levels of risk of acupoint massage on the prevention of DVT after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery effect. Methods Using Autar scale deep vein risk assessment scale to assess a day of 2014 October to 2015 January in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation before and after 24h, select the patients with moderate risk group and high risk group as the research object, the intermediate risk group and high risk group of 72 people, 34 people. In the high risk group of patients will, in accordance with the principle of random were divided into control group and experimental group. Control group:conventional care+intermittent limb pressure treatment; Experimental group:routine nursing and acupoint massage (Zusanli, Shangjuxu, Liangqiu, Yinshi, Futo). By examining the patient before surgery, the first, five days of red blood cell aggregation index and popliteal vein blood flow velocity and statistical postoperative thrombosis rate to evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture point massage. Results A total of 4 cases of deep vein thrombosis in the groups, among them,2 cases in the moderate group and 2 cases in high risk group, compared with the control group, the experimental group after fifth days of red cell aggregation index increased significantly reduced, blood flow velocity (P<0.05) in the test group; the incidence of thrombosis was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Autar scale evaluation of patients, moderate risk group and high-risk, in giving and routine nursing and assisted acupoint massage is conducive to the prevention of postoperative thrombosis.
