The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Acne Legacy Hyperpigmentation Of Stagnated Blood-heat Syndrometreated By Combined Zi Ni Huayuliangfu Decoction And Red Light

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and security of hyperpigmentation after acne of the syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis and heattreated by combined Huayuliangfu decoction and red light, and to explore the practical applicability and clinical guiding significance in order to provide new method of treatment and new TCM thinking.Methods:98 patients were recruited from outpatient with same inclusion and exclusion criteria. They were stochastically divided into2 groups:treatment group treated with oral Huayuliangfu decoction,while the control group treated with oral Tanshinonecapsule. Both of the two groups receive Red light treatment. Both groups were 8 weeks’ treatment.To observation the changesof two groups before and after treatment. Data is analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Result:Before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the groups in age, gender,course of disease, various symptoms ofhyperpigmentationafter acne field (P>0.05). After the treatment:1).The total effective rate and the marked effective rate of treatment group were 93.62% and 61.70%, and those of control group were 77.78% and 31.11%(P＜0.05), a statistically significant differences between the two groups;2).Comparative efficacy of main symptoms. To reducing of the synthetical estimating value of hyperpigmentation of treatment group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05).3).Comparative efficacy of acne symptoms.The two group were effective for treatment of acne. This study shows no obvious difference between the groups in treatment of acne.4) This study shows no obvious adverse reaction and no patient withdraws the study.Conclusion:1) The study comfirme that Zi Ni Huayuliangfu decoction combined with Red light for treatment of Acne Hyperpigmentation has improved the results,this is an effective way to eliminate the deposition of excess melanin.It is easy to use for clinicians and very safe for patients. And this way provides a new clinical therapeutic method and new TCM thinking.2).Combined Zi Ni Huayuliangfu decoction and Red light for treatment of Acne Hyperpigmentation performs better than the control group.In addition, oral Zi Ni Huayuliangfu decoction combined with Red light treatment can speed up the acne legacy pigmentation fading effect,and to shorten the time of treatment.3).Zi Ni Huayuliangfu decoction Combined with Red light not only for for treatment of the acne Hyperpigmentation,but also can treating the acne.
