In order to scienticly prove Chinese tranditional food can regult human's immune system,We have chose 20 kinds of food with warm,cool and gentle attribute,depated for 5 groups(five kinds of fruit,five kinds of vegetable,five kinds of cereal,five kinds of flesh),each kind of food was eat by 3 randomly selected volunteers.On first day,all the volunteers took the same non-attribute food and lived a regalur schedule,the next day,they were given the right food on the base of non-attribute food,collected blood for self-comparison.Millipore human kit working with Luminex 200 LiquiChip detected EGF,Eotaxin,FGF-2,Flt-3L,Fractalkine,G-CSF,GM-CSF,GRO,IFN-?2,IFN-?,IL-1?,IL-1?,IL-1Ra,IL-2,IL-2Ra,IL-3,IL-4,IL-6,IL-7,IL-8,IL-9,IL-10,IL-12(p40),IL-2(p70),IL-13,IL-15,IL-17,IP-10,MCP-1,MCP-3,MDC,MIP-1?,MIP-1?,sCD40 L,TGF-?,TNF-?,TFN-?,VEGF.Then chose 6 kinds of food and 7 cytokines on the significantly changed cytokines to go on the next step.Also each kind of food was eat by 3 randomly selected volunteers and collected blood for self-comparison.Millipore human kit and QuantiGene Plex 2.0 Assay working with Luminex 200 LiquiChip detected Eotaxin,GRO,IL-6,IL-8,MCP-1,MDC,sCD40 L.Result of 20 foods : Taking “warm”food such as orange,dog's meat,lamb,black rice,ginger,had significantly improved concentration of chemokine(MCP-1,MDC,sCD40 L,IP-10,IL-8,Flt-3L)and inflaming cytokines(IL-6,IL-1?),as well as reduced concentration of IL-4,TGF-? and Fractalkine;Taking”cold”food such as pear,balsam pear,white gourd,yellow rice,glutinous rice,mung beans,duck,had significantly improve concentration of anti-flaming cytokines(IL-4,IL-1ra,IL-10),at the same time,reduced concentration of inflaming cytokines(Eotaxin,G-CSF,GRO,IFN-?2,MDC,IL-3).Result of 6 foods: After taking orange,mRNA of GRO had droped while its protein rised;After taking jujube,both mRNA and protein of sCD40 L sharply increased.Conclusion: 1.Cytokines significant change after taking food showed that food can regulat human's immune systerm by gastrointestinal mucosa.And more,the whole effect of cytokines contribute to property of different food.Rolling ways of cytokines explains channel tropism.2.Digisted-meterials can attach with TLR2/TLR4 or CLRs on DC,active AP-1 and NF-?
