Clinical Observation Of Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer Treated By Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang

Objective:To observe the security, influence of patients' living quality, curative effect, t he hospitalization costs of therapeutic schedule of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang comb ined with intravenous chemotherapy, and the survival state of the patients at pre sent, by means of single factor analysis, multiple-factor analysis to discuss the si tuation of the median PFS, the median OS and its' possible influence factors of them treated by this therapeutic schedule.Method:Collect clinical case that Patients hospitalized in TCM oncology department in An hui Provincial Hospital between January 2008 to December 2015, with adv anced stomach neoplasm treated by Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang combined with intr avenous chemotherapy, all of them have clear pathological diagnosis, and they C linical stage are all ?B~?, then observe the security, influence of patients' livin g quality, curative effect, the hospitalization costs. Set up the survival curve and explore the single factor analysis of PFS, OS. In the end, find out the possible influence factors of them by the multiple factor analysis.Result:Security: 54 cases of patients have good tolerance to chemotherapy, accomplis h therapeutic process successfully, low occurrence rate of untoward effect, wiht s light degree, and none of them appear Chemotherapy related to death.The quality of life: through adjuvant therapy of TCM, most patients' living quality was Stable.Curative effect: In the end of the treatment, 4 patients evaluated CR, 18 pa tients evaluated PR, 18 patients evaluated SD, effective rate is 40.74%, Disease control rate is 74.07%.Cost and Cost-Effectiveness rate: Cost-Effectiveness rate of effective rate is342.96, Cost-Effectiveness rate of TCM of the effective rate is 7.46, Cost-Effecti veness rate of the median OS is 1104.83±69, Cost-Effectiveness rate of TCM of the median OS is 24.04±1.51.PFS and the influence factor: The median PFS of the 54 cases patients with advanced gastric cancer is 6.750±0.5653 mouths, multiple-factor analysis showed that the single conclusive factor of PFS is the position of viscera metastasis(P<0.05,P=0.007).OS and the influence factor: Among the 54 patients, 7 of them still alive,t he Longest OS is 34 mouths, four patients' OS is close to one and a half years(17 mouths, 17 mouths, 17 mouths, 15 mouths), two patients' OS are 10 mouth s, 3.8 mouths. Died in 37 patients, The longest was 34 months, the shortest is 4.47 months, the survival time was more than 1 years of 22 persons, survival rate of one-year is 59.46%; the OS more than 2 years are 7cases, survival rate of tw o-years is 18.92%; survival up to 3 years is 2 cases, survival rate of two-years is5.4%. The median OS of the 54 cases patients is 12.120±0.760 mouths, multipl e-factor analysis showed that the position of viscera metastasis and different ther apeutic schedule(P<0.05) are the independent factors of the median OS.Conclusion:1 Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Fang combined with intravenous chemotherapy therap y can lengthen the PFS of patients with Advanced gastric cancer, improve their l iving quality, low occurrence rate of untoward effect, good Security. The median OS of the 54 cases patients is 12.120±0.760 mouths.2 Multiple-factor analysis showed that the independent factor of PFS is th e position of viscera metastasis, the position of viscera metastasis and different th erapeutic schedule are the independent factors of the median OS.3 Cost-Effectiveness rate of TCM oncology department in Anhui Provincial Hospital is low, but it can be lower than before. Proportion of TCM in the ho spitalization costs is small, it is a safe, inexpensive, effective Treatment.
