Effect Of Jie Ching Ning On The Quality Of Bowel Preparation For Colonoscopy

Objective: To study the intestinal cleaning effect of Jie Changning before colonoscopy and patient acceptance.Methods: The cases were collected in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine inpatient department of digestive in patients from August 2014 to December 2015. According to the sequence number of the hospital visits,randomly bring into group A?B?C. The group A including 50 cases,taking.The Jie Changning?1500ml one day before colonoscopy;The group B including 51 cases,taking The Jie Changning?1500ml one day before colonoscopy.Group C including 54 cases,taking sodium phosphate salt 90 ml one day before colonoscopy,to compare the 3 groups of intestinal cleanliness, intestinal clean range and adverse reactions.Results:1. Grade I and II are classified as intestinal cleansing, A total of 39 cases of grade I and II in the intestinal tract of group A, Accounted for 78 of the total. A total of 40 cases of grade I and II in the intestinal tract of group B, Accounted for 78.4 of the total. A total of 46 cases of grade I and II in the intestinal tract of group A, Accounted for 85.2 of the total. There was no significant difference between the three groups. 2. And there was no significant difference between the three groups in Cleaning range. 3. But the group A have less adverse drug reactions than other two groups(P<0.05).4.Using traditional Chinese medicine for intestinal preparation cost is relatively low.Conclusion: Jie Changning for intestinal cleaning effect meets the requirements,have less adverse reactions,low-cost,high patient satisfaction,and is worth clinical popularization and application.
