Objective:With the improving of our life standard,the rate of CHD increases too.According to the statistics of WHO,the coronary heart disease becomes the fist cause of death.Unstable angina pectoris(UAP)is a state between acute myocardial infarction and chronic stable.With the characters of high incidence,changing fast,can develop to be able angina and acute myocardial infarction,it has become a hot researching spot.It is said that UAP is based on unstable inflammatory plaques with different risk factors.Chemerin is a new fat factor discovered recently.It can enhance atherosclerosis and associated with coronary artery lesion severity,and also is a bridge between vascular inflammation and atherosclerosis.Recently,the diagnosis and treatment of UAP has achieved a lot of progress.Percutaneous coronary intervention makes up for the deficiency of medicine treatment of coronary heart disease.Its charateristics of small trauma,safety,shorter operation time,recovery quickly,high symptom remission rate and so on prompt it to develop quickly.The inflammatory response after PCI in the patients with UAP has become a big problem[1-4].Many clinical studies have shown that giving a notice to the inflammatory response after PCI is beneficial to realize its danger and give an early intervention[5-6].This experiment is to observe the variation of Chemerin in serum after percutaneous coronary intervention in 24 hours to provide the basis for the early inflammatory response after PCI.Methods:1 According to the diagnosis standard and treatment guidelines of ACC/AHA in 2014,we selected patients who will take coronary arteriography or stending treatment from the Second Hospital of Heibei University from January to December in 2015?60 patients with unstable angina pectoris as a group,36 patients with stable angina pectoris as another group.These patients are treated by PCI successfully.26 patients who taking coronary arteriography but are not treated by stending as the third group;28 patients witout treatment as a group.2 We will draw the patients' vein blood 30 minutes before operation and 2hours,10 hours,24hours after operation,use enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to measure the Chemerin levels in serum.3 SPSS22.0 software pack was used to make Statistical analyses.All the numerical data was shown as meanąstandard deviation.F test was used for analysis of more than two groups of numerical data,t test was used for analysis of two groups of numerical data,chi-square test was used for analysis of categorical data.We take P < 0.05 as statistic significance level.Results:1 The Chemerin level in serum after PCI continues to rise at 30 minutes pre-operation,2hours,10 hours,24hours after operation.2 The Chemerin level in serum without PCI has no obvious change at 30 minutes pre-operation,30 minutes,6hours,12 hours,24hours after operation.3 The level of Chemerin in serum of Unstable angina group,stable angina,coronary angiography group were higher than that of normal control group.Chemerin levels of unstable angina group,stable angina group are higher than coronary angiography group.The levels of unstable angina group are higher than stable angina group.4 The level of hsCRP in serum of Unstable angina group is higher than tstable angina,coronary angiography group and normal control group obviously.Conclusions:The Chemerin level in serum after PCI continues to rise gradually,it has no obvious change in patients without PCI.The Chemerin may participate in the endothelial inflammatory response after PCI and related.
