| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the mechanisms of method of reinforcing the kidney and spleen with Progesterone replacement therapy for endomorphy type of PCOS threatened abortion.Method: The choice of endomorphy type of PCOS in abortio in patients with gynecological outpatients of the hospital affiliated 60 cases.A randomized,positive drug control methods,divided into two groups,of which,group of 30 patients with method of reinforcing the kidney and spleen with Progesterone and HCG in the treatment of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,30 cases treated with western medicine Western medicine group.After 2 weeks of treatment time,By comparing clinical symptom score befor and after teatment,we can come to a conclusion by analyticaling Through the statistical analysis software.Results:(1)Before and after treatment of progesterone level comparison: Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group of advantage is more obvious.P< 0.05.(2)Before and after treatment of serum beta HCG level comparison:Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group of advantage is more obvious.P< 0.05.(3)Before and after treatment of TCM symptom score comparison: Both combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group have obvious therapeutic effect P< 0.05.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group of advantage is more obvious.P< 0.05.(4)Total effective comparison: Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group of advantage is more obvious.P<0.05.Conclusion:The method of reinforcing the kidney and spleenwith Progesterone can obviously improvethe clinical symptom of the patients,who have endomorphy type of PCOS threatened abortion,such as abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding and TCM symptom.It can also improve progesterone level and serum beta HCG level obviously,and increase the probability of success about fetus protection. |
