Objective:Application of virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ)technique in different stages of renal parenchyma in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy by quantitative study,and to explore the application value of VTQ technique in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.Materials and Method:To choose 61 patients who were identified with type 2 diabetes mellitus and no other complications,and their blood sugar controlled well,the creatinine was in normal as the research object,to divided them into 3 group,according to their urine micro albumin(UA)excretion the?(UA<30mg)??(30mg?UA?300mg)??(UA>300mg).At the meantime,to select 23 healthy volunteers for the control group.Using conventional ultrasound and acoustic palpation of tissue quantization technique to measure the 4 group of volunteer with renal volume,each levels of renal artery resistance index(RI)and renal parenchymal SWV figure,All data was analyzed by SPSS 16.0 statistical software,and the measurement figure was expressed by mean figure ± standard deviation(x ± s),the differences between the groups compared with single factor analysis of variance,The farewise groups were compared by SNK-q test,The correlation between UA and SWV analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis.The differences have statistical significance when P<0.05.Results:1.The four groups of renal parenchyma SWV figure's differences have significant in statistics(F=57.527,P= 0.000),compared with the control group,the renal SWV figures showed no significant difference(P > 0.05);group II and group III of renal parenchyma SWV figure lower than the control group.2.The differences of DN group SWV figure of renal parenchyma which compared between group I,group II and group III have significant in statistics,P<0.01.3.Renal parenchyma was negatively related to SWV figure and the degree of renal damage and diabetic nephropathy's relation,the aggravation of renal damage is more,the UA figure is increase,and the SWV figure is reduce.Conclusions:VTQ technique for the measurement of shear wave velocity in the quantitative reflection of the kidney elastic information,good for estimate the damage assessment of kidney in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and provides the clinical diagnosis in the early stage of DN a new evaluation index.
