Objective:Ovarian cancer is vulnerable to relapse even with formal treatment, the mortality rate is also high. This study was to explore the related factors of ovarian cancer recurrence with the retrospective analysis of 182 ovarian cancer patients to improve the efficacy, reduce the relapse rate and improve the prognosis of the treatment. Methods:In accordance with a certain specified criteria,a retrospective study of 182 cases of ovarian cancer from January 2010 to December 2014 in Yijishan Hospital Affiliated Wannan Medical College is undertaken. All of these cases had postoperative pathological diagnosis and the recurrence following curative surgery was referring to the Recommendation of Gynecologic Oncology Group in Chinese Medical Association credits Gynecology in 2003.All the patients were divided into two groups:recurrence group(59 cases)and non-recurrent group(123 cases). We assess the ten interrelated risk factors(age, clinical stage, histological type, histological grade, the preoperative level of CA125,postoperative residual lesions, ascites, lymph node dissection, chemotherapy and chemotherapy cycle)of Ovarian Cancer with the observation of clinical pathological conditions and efficacy of the treatment.Uses the SPSS22.0 statistics software to carry on the univariate factor and multivariate non-condition Logistic to the data the stepwise regression analysis, the determination influence ovarian cancer recrudescence risk factor.Uses the Kaplan-Meier to method to analyze the survival situation. Results:During the ten possible factors, using univariate analysis, clinical stage after surgery, histological grade, postoperative residual lesions, lymph node dissection and chemotherapy cycle may collect with the recurrence(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis results verify that the clinical stage, histological grade, postoperative residual lesions and lymph node dissection are independent factors of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier analysis results verify that clinical stage, histological grade, residual disease after surgery are influence factors with prognosis of recurrent ovarian cancer.Conclusion:1.Age,histological type, the preoperative level of CA125,ascites,chemotherapy and chemotherapy cycle have no relationship with ovarian cancer’s recurrence.2.Clinical stage, histological grade, postoperative residual lesions and lymph node dissection are independent influential factors of ovarian cancer’s recurrence.3.Prognosis of recurrent ovarian cancer is related to clinical stage, histological grade, residual disease after surgery.
