| Objective:Essential hypertension is more common in the elderly.The early clinical symptom is not obvious,but as the disease worsens,the patients will gradually behave a series of clinical symptoms,such as dizziness,headache,fatigue,heart palpitations,insomnia,forgetfulness,and so on.The quality of life of patients decline rapidly due to the disease.Essential hypertension develops more hypertensive complications,and heart failure is one of the more serious hypertensive complications.The reason for this in the case of high blood pressure and catecholamics,heart long period of high load conditions,resulting in hemodynamic changes and heart failure.Therefore,prevention and treatment of hypertension combined congestive heart failure in elderly has become an important issue in the field of cardiovascular disease.Benazepril and atenolol is used alone in the treatment of essential hypertension and chronic heart failure and they have been proved to be a certain effect.However,they have certain shortcomings.The study is less about essential hypertension and heart failure treated with atenolol combined with benazepril and this paper is used to explore this study.Objective was to investigate:To observe Antihypertensive efficacy and the change of cardiac function indicators and to give the objective assessment of the efficacy of the treatment of heart failure in elderly patients suffered from hypertensive with chronic heart failure treated by benazepril and atenolol,.To provide the best treatment options for these kinds of patients,and to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:120 cases elderly patients suffered from essential hypertension combined with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2015 were studied.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group one,control group two,and every group involves 40 cases.Each group of patients were given conventional antihypertensive and anti-heart failure drugs.Based on the basic treatment,the control group one was given atenolol treatment,control group two was given benazepril treatment,and observation group was given Benazepril combined with atenolol treatment.Therapeutic effects were observed before and after comparison of different drug treatment,and a course was three months.Before treatment and after three months of follow-up,treatment indicators of patients suffered from essential hypertension combined with chronic heart failure were recorded,such as blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac function,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and ultrasound LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF.Results:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group of chronic heart failure treatment was 97.5%,was significantly higher than the control group one of 77.5%(P<0.05),and significantly higher than the control group two of 80.00%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group of hypotensive was 100%,was significantly higher than the control group one of 90%(P<0.05),and significantly higher than the control group two of 92.50%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(3)After treatment,three groups of patients are difference degrees of lower heartrate,SBP,DBP,NI-proBNP,LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF,the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the degree of improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group one and control group two(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.(4)After treatment,The observation group of patients with adverse reactions rate is 5%,it was significantly lower than the control group one of 20%(P<0.05),the control group two of 92.50%(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Benazepril combined with atenolol applied in the treatment for the elderly patients suffered from essential hypertension combined with chronic heart failure can obtain coordination of antihypertensive effect,improving left ventricular remodeling,cardiac function improved significantly,high security,and worthy to be applied in clinic. |
