All the patients were followed up and clinical data were collected, including the expression of C-erb B-2 and BRCA1 and analyzed their relationships with follow-up results of prognosis. Results: The expression rate of C-erb B-2 and BRCA1 was 67.09% and 31.65%, respectively. The positive expression rate of C-erb B-2 was correlated with histological grade, surgical pathologic stage, myometrial infiltration and lymphatic metastasis. The positive rate of BRCA1 was correlated with histological gradećsurgical pathologic stage and lymphatic metastasis. The five year survival rate was lower in the positive expression of C-erb B-2 group than in the negative group significantly. There was no difference in the positive expression of BRCA1 group and in the negative group. Conclusion: The expression of BRCA1 was involved in the development of endometrial cancer; the overexpression of C-erb B-2 protein related to the invasion and suggests a poor prognosis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | BRCA1, C-erbB-2, Endometrial carcinoma, Immunohistochemistry, Prognosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
