Objective:To study the expressions of CD44v6 , C-erbB-2 and nm23-H1 and the clinical significance. Methods:The expression of CD44v6, C-erbB-2 and nm23-Hl in 95 cases of endometrial cancer was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method and the relationship between the expression and the clinical factors of endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results:(l)The expression rate of CD44v6 in endometral carcinoma(EC) was higher than those of benign proliferative endometrium(BPE)and endometrium intraepithelial neoplasia(EIN) (P < 0.05) .The expression rate of CD44v6 wasn't correlated with the pathological type and the histopathological grading of the endometrial cancer (P>0.05) ,was correlated with the surgical pathologic staging, the depth of the cancer invading the uterine myometrium, lympth node metastasis and the ascites cytology (P<0.05) .The expression rate was higher in the higher surgical pathologic staging (P<0.05) ,The expression rate became higher with the progression of the depth of the cancer invading the uterine myometrium (P<0.05) ,was higher in the positive lymph node metastasis than that of the negative lymph node metastasis (P< 0.05 ),was higher in the positive ascites cytology than that of the negative ascites cytology (P<0.05) .
