Objective: Since the development of organ transplantation technology in twentieth Century, it has provided the opportunity for many patients with end-stage failure. But due to the organ shortage, and now has a full cessation of the use of organs from executed prisoners, citizens voluntarily donated become the only source of donor organs for transplantation. As a compensation for organ donation, living organ donation is developing rapidly. However, living organ transplantation is the price of blood, pain, health and even death, which has many problems and disputes in ethics and morality. If these problems can not be solved well, they will not only affect the disease patients can get timely and effective treatment, but also bound the development of organ transplantation technology. Therefore, the clinical application and management Committee on human organ transplantation should be how to operate, to do a good job of supervision and management, and to relate to the safety and legality of living organ transplantation. Methods: This article will be based on the provisions about "Human Organ Transplant Ordinance" and "Human Organ Transplant Clinical Application of regulations", combined with actual situation on live donor organ transplant in Xinjiang, a retrospective analysis of problems easily occurred in the living donor organ transplantation ethics review process, closely linked to the ethical trial process, discussion and analysis of countermeasures. In the same time, 400 cases of living organ transplantation in Xinjiang were investigated by questionnaire to understand the understanding of the ethical review of living organ transplantation, the understanding of informed content of operation, the attitude of the sale of organs, and the recognition of compensation for organ transplantation. Results: Through the questionnaire survey to 400 cases of donor and receptor, using the chi-square test, analysis of age, gender, nationality, occupation, income, educational level, marital status, geographic distribution factors such as the influence to the view of ethical review of living organ transplantation, only culture degree of probability P<0.05, statistically significant; Through voluntary donation, informed consent, organ buying and selling, the protection of the legal rights and interests of the donor, and the cognitive analysis of the procedure of the organ transplantation and the relevant laws and regulations, to see that most people have different levels of knowledge about the contents of the living organ donation, the sale of organs, the protection of the rights and interests of the donor, the laws and regulations of organ transplantation, and the understanding of the process of ethical review. Conclusion: To explore the coping strategies to solve the dilemma of ethical review in Xinjiang, to ensure the safety and interests of the relative living organ transplantation donor.
