Based on the current situation of the development of the first people's Hospital of Chengdu City by the method of SWOT analysis, to further clarify the hospital internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, combined with the characteristics of public hospital reform, put forward to promote the reform of public hospitals in the guarantee measures and policy suggestions from the government, the administrative department of health, hospital of the three aspects, both on the reform and practice of the first people hospital of Chengdu City to give guidance, but also provide the beneficial reference for the reform of public hospitals in other city.
