Clinical Study Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined With PPH On The Rectal Mucosa Prolapse

Objective:The clinical curative effect and superiority of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with PPH treatment of rectal mucosa prolapse.Method:Will meet the inclusion criteria,60 cases of rectal mucosal prolapse were randomly divided into the treatment group A and group B. the two groups,each with 30 cases in each,a total of 60 cases,group A was given acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined PPH, group B given PPH. The same basic treatment in the two groups after operation,and the same between each other do not know what care disease. Treatment for two weeks,the observation of the patients 1 day before operation and on the 7th day and the 30 day of difficult defecation and anal falling inflation or sacrococcygeal perineal acid bilges,anal obstruction feeling the clinical symptoms,and were given to patients before and 1 day after operation and 30 days respectively,defecography in the record data.Patients were discharged after interrupted patient statistics clinical symptoms and defecography,1 month after the overall efficacy evaluation; and severity of adverse reactions were observed at the same time, timely symptomatic treatment,finally,the evaluation of the safety.Results:We enrolled 60 patients,no significant difference(P> 0.05) in each group general information.
