[Objective]1 To observe the changes of myocardial infarction are and ICAM-1, VCAM-1 levels in myocardium and s ICAM-1, s VCAM-1 in plasma of acute myocardial ischemia model in rats, and correlation analysis. 2 To explore the relationship between inflammation and AMI, and the effect of Xintong Decoction in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.[Methods] Selected 40 SPF class male SD rats which were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Xintong Decoction group and Xikang Group, Using coronary ligation,The myocardium were taken after animal was killed 7 days after dosing, determination of myocardial infarct size. By elisa assay to find the expression of ICAM-1?VCAM-1 in myocardium and the expression of s ICAM-1, s VCAM-1 in plasma.[Results] 1 Xintong Decoctionand Xinkang can reduce myocardial infarction area of myocardial ischemia rat, and Xintong Decoction has more advantages than Xinkang group;2 After the surgery outside the sham operation group, the other ICAM-1, VCAM-1, s ICAM-1, s VCAM-1 were significantly higher; 3 Xintong Decoction and Xinkang can Inhibition ICAM-1, VCAM-1, s ICAM-1, s VCAM-1 of myocardial ischemia rat; ICAM-1, VCAM-1 expression is correlated.[Conclusion] 1 Xintong Decoctionand Can effectively reduce infarct size in rats with myocardial infarction, and better than xinkang group, indicating its role in the treatment of myocardial infarction;2 Acute myocardial infarction ICAM-1, VCAM-1, s ICAM-1, s VCAM-1 expression increased, suggesting that adhesion molecules involved in inflammatory of AMI;3 In the infarct size compared with the VCAM-1 ICAM-1 correlated more high illustrate its importance may be greater;4 Xintong Decoctioncan can decrease myocardial infarction ICAM-1, VCAM-1, s ICAM-1, s VCAM-1 expression, indicating that Xintong Decoctioncan reduce inflammation side effects, which may be one mechanism for the efficacy of the treatment of Xintong Decoctioncan of AMI.
