Relations Between Serum SICAM-1,SVCAM-1,SE-selection And Excess Cold Of Emmeniopathy

Objective: Cold syndrome is one of the eight principal syndromes.Excess cold of emmeniopathy is a common disease in clinic.Blood is not only the fundamental of female but also the basic material of menstruation . Cold, in nature, is pathogenic, contraction and coagulation.Cold conjugates with blood easily.Stagnation of blood after attack of cold pathogenic in Chong and Ren Channels and uterus results in menstrual disorder , such as dysmenorrhea, hypomenorrhea, delayed menstruation and amenorrhea, and so on.We studied the relations between serum SICAM-1,SVCAM-1,SE-selection,genital hormones and excess cold of emmeniopathy, and we analyzed the change of pretreatment and post-treatment with Wenjingtang,in order to explore the pathogenesis of excess cold emmeniopathy.We made some helpful research for cold syndrome of eycolopy .Methods: 30 patients were selected with the standards of gynecolopy,including 8 dysmenorrhea,7 hypomenorrhea,5 delayed menstruation and 10 amdnorrhea.The oldedst is 46 and the youngest is 20, the average is 26.23±6.24.The number of married is 8 and unmarriged is 22.
