Objective To study the intervention of aerobic exercise on serum soluble inter-cellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),soluble vascular cellular adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) and CRP in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS).Methods 70 patients with ACS were divided into two groups. One group were given regular treatment.Aerobic exercise was added to another group.Normal subiects were chosen as normal group. The level of sICAM -1 and sVCAM-1 were tested by ELISA, The level of CRP was tested by immune turbidimetry. All available data were dealt with statistical analysis.Results1,The level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP in with ACS were higher than that in cntrol(P<0.01).2,Atter treatment, the level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP decreased(P<0.05 and P<0.01),especially in aerobic exercise group(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion The level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP increased inpatients with UAP.Aerobic exercise could decrease the level of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and CRP.
