Effect Of Aspirin Combined Clopidogrel And Aspirin Combined Dipyridamole On Platelet Function In The Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective: With the people's living standards gradually improve and accelerating the process of population aging,the incidence of arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)in our country is on the rise year by year.The nature of the disease lies in platelet activation,adhesion,aggregation based on the result of atherosclerosis plaque formation.Targeted for antiplatelet therapy not only can delay the disease process,to reduce the incidence of arterial thrombosis,but also can effectively avoid the happening of malignant cardiocerebrovascular events.So the purpose of this experiment is to observe the effect of aspirin combined clopidogrel and aspirin combined dipyridamole on platelet function in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans.With a view to the rational application of arteriosclerosis obliterans antiplatelet drugs provide clinical basis and reference.Methods: A randomized controlled research method is used in this study.The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel group: aspirin combined with dipyridamole group according to the proportion of 1:1 research.Using the random number table method,each experimental drug will be numbered randomly.According to the selected order of subjects,50 patients age more than 40 years old admitted in the department between December 2014 and December 2015 with ASO were randomly divided into following 2 groups: Aspirin 100 mg 1/d combining with clopidogrel 75 mg 1/d(group A)and Aspirin 100 mg 1/d combining with dipyridamole 50 mg 3/d(group B),treatment lasted for 7 days.The changes of the bleeding time and platelet aggregation were compared in two groups of patients before and after treatment.After the experiment,using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and evaluation of two kinds of antiplatelet scheme influence on platelet function in patients with,and to evaluate the safety of medication.Results:1 There were no significant statistical difference in gender,age,platelet count,activated partial thromboplastin time and plasma D-dimer test results before treatment;2 Before treatment,the patients were detected bleeding time comparison showed no significant difference.After they were given aspirin combined with clopidogrel and aspirin combined with dipyridamole antiplatelet therapy for 7 days,Detecting the bleeding time before and after treatment were compared with statistical significance and showed a rising trend;3 Two groups of patients were given aspirin combined with clopidogrel and aspirin combined with dipyridamole antiplatelet therapy after 7 days.Detection of bleeding time,there were significant differences between the 2 groups.Which showed that patients receiving aspirin and clopidogrel therapy bleeding time increased more significantly;4 Before treatment,the patients were detected the arachidonic acid(AA)and the adenosine diphosphate(ADP)induced platelet aggregation rate comparison showed no significant difference.After they were given aspirin combined with clopidogrel and aspirin combined with dipyridamole antiplatelet therapy for 7 days,Detecting the AA and the ADP induced platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were compared with statistical significance and showed a downward trend;5 Two groups of patients were given aspirin combined with clopidogrel and aspirin combined with dipyridamole antiplatelet therapy after 7 days.Detecting the AA induced platelet aggregation rate,There is no significant difference between the 2 groups,Detecting the ADP induced platelet aggregation rate,there is a significant difference between the 2 groups.Which showed that patients receiving aspirin and clopidogrel therapy ADP induced platelet aggregation rate decreased more significantly;6 During the selected patients,aspirin combined with clopidogrel group appeared 4 cases of slight gingival bleeding events,and aspirin combined with dipyridamole group appeared 1 cases of slight gingival bleeding event,no significant difference.After surgery or drug conservative treatment,patients in the two groups were improved.No serious adverse reactions occurred in all cases without death during operation and hospitalization.Conclusions:1 On antiplatelet therapy in patients with ASO,Aspirin combining clopidogrel and aspirin combining dipyridamole on platelet aggregation function are good inhibitory effect.2 Aspirin combining clopidogrel and aspirin combining dipyridamole compared to the aggregation of platelet function in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans has more significantly inhibitory effect..3 Aspirin combining clopidogrel and aspirin combining dipyridamole showed a good safety of medication in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans.
