Objective: To study therapeutics of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)and sodium nitroprusside(SNP)for acute heart failure(AHF): impact on cardiac function and serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)。Methods: Totally 60 patients with acute heart failure were collected in our hospital,They were divided into two groups:rhBNP group(n=30)and control group(n=30)。We detected Serum levels of NT-proBNP,CTnI,Hs-CRP and echocardiographic indicators of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)and so on before treatment and after 3 days in the two groups。At the same time,we will evaluate the therapeutic effect based on clinical symptoms and examination of the case。Results:1 The serum levels of NT-proBNP,CTnI,Hs-CRP of rhBNP group and control group after treatment were significantly lower, the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05)。The serum levels of NT-proBNP,CTnI,Hs-CRP of rhBNP group after treatment were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);2 Echocardiographic indicators such as LVEF、SV、CI of two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of Echocardiographic indicators of the study group were better than those of control group, the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);3 After treatment, the efficiency of patients with clinical signs and symptoms such as difficulty breathing, reduced activity tolerance, pulmonary rales and so on in study group is significantly higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1 Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and sodium nitroprusside can reduce the serum levels of NT-proBNP,CTnI,Hs-CRP in patients with acute heart failure, and the treatment of rhBNP group was significantly。2 Recombinant human brain natriuretic in the application of acute heart failure can significantly improve cardiac function and clinical symptoms... |
