Basic Rules And Characteristics Of Simplex Reinforcing And Reducing Of Acupuncture Manipulation Based Upon Data Mining

Objective: To use date mining technology,established document database system,collect,conclude and analyze simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle related journals,to explore the regularities and features of clinical application of simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle about suitable disease types,manipulation selection,acupoint selection characteristics and treatment efficacy,in order to guide clinical decision in a better way.Methods:1 The simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle of literature as the research object,determined the scope of the document collection.The journal articles related to filiform acupuncture needle were collected form CNKI(from Jan1950 to Mar 2015),and then the articles related to simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle were selected by reading the full text based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.2 According to information characteristics of simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle established an independent network database platform of simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle literature.It contains basic information about the author,the author unit,the journal name,volume,pages,and document title,department,acupuncture points,manipulation selection,treatment,curative effect and other detailed information.Selected a few of articles and arranged for preliminary experiment.Normalized and modified database platform for inputing information.3 According to the requirement of standard setting and specification input the information and data of articles that have been collected.Then applied strict 3 level audit system to ensure the accuracy and practicability of the data.4 Setting the relationship between simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle and suitable disease type,disease and department,disease and manipulation selection,retained times and curative effect,disease department and curative effect.Database information can be statisticized and analyzed using the OLAP technology to form professional reports and query results to researchers.Results: A total of 1304 articles were found to meet the standards formula the present study and involved 178 kinds of disease of different departments.Analyzed by the frequency of simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle used on treatment of disease,800 papers belong to the internal medicine,accounting for 61.35% of the total frequency,covering apoplectic sequelae(153 papers),apoplexy(52papers),headache(63papers)and insomnia(60papers),271 to surgery involving soft tissue injury(63)and backleg pain(46);93 to five-sense-organs involving allergic rhinitis(14),64 gynecology involving dysmenorrheal(13),41 to dermatology involving herpes zoster(20),and 35 to pediatrics covering five kinds of tardy growth and five flaccid syndromes(9).Analyzed the disease types,internal medical and five-sense-organs involved in most.There were 76 kinds of internal medical disease,accounting for 42.7% of the total disease types and 32 kinds of five-sense-organs disease,accounting for 17.98% of the total disease types.Analyzed the using of simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle,these 1304 papers contained 2542 of simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulations,including 895 of twirling-rotating reducing,611 of twirling-rotating reinforcing,571 of lifting-thrusting reducing,303 of lifting-thrusting reinforcing,32 of reinforcing and 32 of reducing in cooperation with patients' respiration,23 open-close reducing,12 open-close reinforcing,21 reducing and 16 of reinforcing achieved by inserting the needle along or against the meridian,14 rapid-slow reinforcing,and 12 rapid-slow reducing.The application situation of the simplex reinforcing and reducing manipulation of filiform acupuncture needle was complex.There was one manipulation used alone,also several manipulations used in combination.Among the 1304 papers,including 199 papers used twirling-rotating reducing,187 papers used twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting reducing,141 papers used the twirling-rotating reinforcing and reducing,112 papers used the twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting reinforcing and reducing.Regarding the acupoint selection,distal acupoint was most frequently used,whose frequency is 618 times,and has 44% popularity rating.Followed by local acupoint,whose frequency is 496 times,and has 35% popularity rating.Acorrding to the frequency analysis of the application of smplex reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of the highest frequency using of different department.In the treament of apoplectic sequelae,the twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting reinforcing and reducing manipulations used most.In the treament of injury,the twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting reducing manipulations used most.In the treament of allergic rhinitis,the twirling-rotating reinforcing and reducing manipulations used most.In the treament of dysmenrrhea,the twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting reinforcing and reducing manipulations used most.For herpes zoster,the the twirling-rotating reducing manipulations used most.For five kinds of tardy growth and five flaccid syndromes,the twirling-rotating and slowly inserting and rapidly withdrawing the needle reinforcing and reducing manipulations used most.The acupuncture needle retained time was form 30 min to 45 min,and the therapeutic effect was relatively better for apoplectic sequelae.Simplex reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture manipulation has a significant effect on acupuncture clinical departments,especially in dermatological department and surgery department.The total therapeutic effects were above 90% in all the subjects,96.58% for surgery,96.07% for problems of dermatology.The cure rate of dermatologic disease is 68.24%and the second best cure rate is to treat gynecologic disease,whose cure rate is 62.84%.Conclusion: Simplex reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture manipulation has been widely used in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and five-sense organs,while relatively less used in dermatology and pediatrics.And has a distinct advantage in internal medicine and surgery.Comparing with other diseases,the application frequency of apoplectic sequelae,apoplexy and headache,insomnia,are higher in the internal medicine;soft tissue injury and backleg pain are higher in surgery;nasosinusitis is the highest in five-sense-organs,which has varies of disease types;dysmenorrhea is the highest in gynecology.Often,the twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting reinforcing and reducing manipulations of acupuncture are employed in clinical practice.Regarding the acupoint selection,distal acupoint was most frequently used,followed by local acupoint.In contrast with other acupuncture needle retained time,the time form 30 min to 45 min has a higher effective rate in the treatment of apoplectic sequelae.Simplex reinforcing and reducing of acupuncture manipulation has a significant effect on acupuncture clinical departments,especially in dermatology and surgery.
