Using 256-Slice CT To Study The Relationship Between Pericardial Adipose Tissue And Coronary Heart Disease | | Posted on:2017-06-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Q B Liao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2334330485973795 | Subject:Medical imaging and nuclear medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Part1 Using 256-slice CT to study the relationship between epicardialadi-pose tissue volume and coronary artery diseaseObjective : To evaluate the relationship between epicardial adipose tissue volume and coronary artery stenosis degree and plaque characters by using 256 slice spiral CT.Methods: 200 patients suspected coronary artery disease were prospectively performed coronary CTA scan.At same time added scanning the level of liver and umbilicus in all patients.The CT value of liver and spleen and the thickness of subcutaneous adipose tissue and EAT volume were measured by 3D postprocessing workstation.The degree and number of coronary artery stenosis and the characters of plaques were record and EAT volume.To anylyze the relationship EAT volune with coronary artery stenosis group.Results: BMI and EAT volume in the group of coronary artery disease were significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.01).There was no significant correlation between CT value ratio of liver/spleen and the thickness of subcutaneous adipose tissue in umbilical level between with and without coronary artery disease.There was significant correlation between EAT volume and the number of coronary artery stenosis and the characters of plaques.Conclusion: 256-slice CT can objectively evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis and plaque characters and measurement EAT volume.EAT can be used as an important risk factor for coronary heart disease evaluation.Part2 Evaluation the relationship between PAT and severe coronary artery stenosis in young people using 256-slice spiral CTObjective:To quantitative measure PAT volume by 256 slice spiral CT,and analyze the relationship between PAT volume with severe coronary artery stenosis in young people.Methods:Selected 150 256-slice spiral CCTA data,75 cases with severe coronary artery stenosis and 75 cases without coronary artery disease.Record all patients BMI.EAT volume,paracardial adipose tissue volume and PAT volume were measured by 3D post-processing software in workstation using256-slice CT.To anylyze the relationship paracardial adipose tissue volume and BMI with coronary artery stenosis group.Results: There was a significant correlation between EAT volume and paracardial adipose tissue volume(r≥0.837,P<0.01),BMI and PAT volume in severe coronary artery stenosis group was significantly higher than without coronary artery disease group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:256-slice spiral CT can objectively measure EAT volume,paracardial adipose tissue volume and PAT volume,Both BMI and PAT volume are risk factors to severe coronary artery stenosis in young people,which play an important role in prevention coronary or heart attack in young people.Part3 Evaluate the relationship between EAT、biochemical indexes and three-vessel coronary lesion by 256-slice CTOboective :To evaluate the relationship between EAT、biochemical indexes and three-vessel coronary lesion.Methods: A total of 134 consecutive patients who received CTA in our hospital and Meet the entry criteria were retrospectively studied.There were56 patients in lesion group and 78 in normal group.Including 65 male and 69 female.Record the age and biochemical indexes of all.Save the all data of coronary CTA and measured EAT volume by volumetric quantification software.Then distribute regression analysis the risk factors of three-vessel coronary lesion.Results:the Age、EAT volume,high-density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A and fasting blood glucose between the lesion group and normal group were different(P <0.353).Age increase,EAT volume increase,low HDL,high LDL and fasting blood glucose escalate were the significantly prediction of three-vessel coronary lesion in male,OR values were 7.131,11.372,4.765,17.158.Conclusion: The numbers of the Risk factors in male more than female,and male more likely to occur three-vessel coronary lesion.EAT is the best prediction of three-vessel coronary lesion. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Epicardial adipose tissue, Coronary heart disease, Body mass index, Liver fatty infiltration, Multi slice spiral CT, Coronary artery disease, Paracardial adipose tissue, CT, Angiography, multislice spiral, Quantitative measurement | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
