Comparing Surgical Efficacy And Safety Between TURP And TUPKP

Objective: To compare and analysis the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)with transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic prostatectomy(TUPKP)treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwMethods:Collected 80 patients of hyperplasia of prostate in the period of January 2013 to June 2015 in our Hospital admitted and accepted according to the different methods of surgical treatment in TURP group and TUPKP group,40 cases in each group.Comparison between the two groups of patients age,preoperative prostate volume and international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life score(QOL),residual urine volume(RVU),preoperative hemoglobin content,preoperative serum sodium ion content.Before and after surgery compared the IPSS,QOL and residual urine volume change and resection of the prostate tissue between the two groups,the weight of the operation time,serum sodium and hemoglobin decreased,length of hospital stay,postoperative bladder washing time,catheter indwelling time and complications.wwwwwwwwwwResults: TURP and TUPKP groups within each improvement of IPSS,QOL residual urine in the difference was statistically significant,after surgery can significantly improve patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and curative effect.Between the two groups in postoperative hemoglobin and serum sodium level and length of hospital stay,postoperative bladder washing time,catheter indwelling time difference was statistically significant,TUPKP group in reducing surgical bleeding complications,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative rehabilitation the TURP group has obvious advantage,TURP is TUPKP difference was statistically significant in terms of operation time,TURP is TUPKP can shorten the operation time.TURP is TUPKP in resection of prostate tissue weight,postoperative urinary tract infection(uti),prostatic capsule perforation has no significant difference.Conclusion:Approved by the urethra prostate electricity cut method and the urethra prostate plasma bipolar electric cut method to improve and improve postoperative life quality of patients has significant curative effect.Transurethral resection of prostate,double arc cutting with less bleeding during operation,the advantages of short postoperative hospital stay and quicker recovery transurethral resection of prostate bipolar power cut method relatively safer,but more TUPKP TURP surgery time is short.Transurethral resection of prostate,double arc cutting is in a traditional transurethral prostatic electricity cut method based on a very good improvement,will has more benefits for the treatment of prostate hyperplasia.
