BackgroundBenign prostatic hyperplasia(PHB)is a common benign disease of the prostate that is commonly seen and sorted by the elderly in the world. The peak age of onset is over 50 years of age.Because of the occurrence of the disease and the body androgen imbalance and estrogen there is a close relationship and the formation of mixed spherical nodules into the bladder or urethra, continued to bring pressure on the bladder neck or urethra caused by lower urinary Road obstruction,to the normal working life of patients have a serious impact.Surgery is currently the most effective treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, especially with the rapid development of medical technology, the effect of minimally invasive surgery is increasing.ObjectiveTo develop a controlled study of transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy and transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperpl-asia(BPH).The aim is to accumulate experience in the clinical application of transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy.MethodsA total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 in Henan Xinxiang Medical College were enrolled in this study.Patients were divided into The control group and observation group of 60 cases. The control group was treated by transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy. The observation group was treated by transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results ? The operation time of the observation group was(48.75± 1.25)min,the bleeding volume was 60.88 ± 1.32 ml,the tissue acquisition volume was 39.33 ± 1.07 g,the bladder irrigation time was 12.85 ± 1.15 h and the catheter indwelling time was 35.76 ± 1.24),Hospital stay(4.50 ± 0.50)d,operation time of the control group(62.20 ± 1.20)min,bleeding amount(90.11 ± 1.35)ml,tissue acquisition volume(25.68±1.12)g and bladder irrigation time(23.45 ± 1.20)h,the catheter indwelling time(55.28 ±1.32)h,hospital stay(6.85 ± 0.75)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);? The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,the incidence of complications in the control group was 16.67%,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);? Before treatment, there was no significant difference in urodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);? There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05);? There was no significant difference in blood biochemical and central venous pressure before treatment)After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group,poor(P<0.05).? Compared with the quality of life of the two groups, the score of each dimension of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with transurethral bipolar plasmaphotonotomy, the clinical efficacy of transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is better and more safe, and the prognosis of patients is greatly improved As the preferred treatment in the future clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia to promote the use of.
